There are times when appointments need to be adjusted do to timing on both ends. A responsible person would call to announce that they are going to be late or even reschedule.... Unfortunately, Brown Plumbing is not one of those companies!

We recently developed a plumbing problem that need specific expertise. Having difficulty finding a plumbing company who had knowledge let alone experience in repairing our problem, after 4 days we found Brown Plumbing. My husband set up the appointment and we were good to go.
Unfortunately, there was a time conflict and I had to changed the appointment for a later time on the same day. Well... Appointment day came... Appointment time came and went with no repairman! When we called to find out what happened, my husband was told that they would be out the following morning.
I called Brown Plumbing, and asked to speak to the supervisor and explained the situation and what I was told by the person I originally talked to. When I asked why we were not called regarding the ""mixup"" rather than left sitting at home waiting.... It was at this time that Brown Plumbing's ""Supervisor"" became rude and unprofessional and felt it necessary to cancel our appointment completely! When I told him that our problem had gotten worse, his statement was ""It has been my experience that when things have gotten to this point, it only gets worse, therefore we will not be coming out, canceling your appointment!"" I told the supervisor that we still wanted them to come out, that my call to him was only to express my disappointment that we were not notified that they were not coming out as scheduled. Again, the supervisor stated, ""we will not be coming out tomorrow, it has been my experience that when things have gotten this far, it only gets worse. We will not be coming out!""
This company does not stand by their reputation as being professional or standing behind their word. They apparently lack in communication skills not only between their employees but their customers!
We have dealt with many contractors on various professions over the years and and have found many wonderful and reliable companies that we have used time and again and referred to many friends... I have never dealt with such rudeness let alone unprofessionalism as I experienced with Brown Plumbing. The supervisor and employees of Brown Plumbing need a course in customer service and public relations! They don't deserve the 1 star that they are receiving in this review!
