I called Brown's Plumbing after my water heater pilot light when out and would not relight and immediately was set up with an appointment that morning. I received a text with confirmation and a picture of Charles my service tech. He called and was out to my home within 30 minutes of my initial call. Charles was friendly, informative and successfully fixed the issue. He went above and beyond by performing a complete check of the system to ensure no other problems existed. I highly recommend Brown's Plumbing for all your service needs. Thank you Brown's Plumbing and Charles.

do not hire this company!!!! according to the dbpr website their license is suspended. they should not be performing any work. they also did not pull a permit for the work they did on my home and the work was not up to code. note: you can look up permit history for your home on the leon county property appraisal website www.leonoa.org

Brown Plumbing is dependable, honest and has great prices! I have used them several times over the years and each time is a pleasure. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly always with a smile on their faces! Scheduling an appointment is always quick and easy. The office staff is very friendly and generally she can get you on the schedule the next day after calling. Will continue to use Brown Plumbing in the future for great service!

Brown's was contracted to do work for me at my renovated house. The company pulled the right permits with the city and proceeded to only complete 50% percent of the job. They were paid for services however, they did not come back to finish the job and when a receipt was requested for work completed to assist with rebate opportunities with the city the company declined to provide one. I spent a month trying to get a receipt from them. I would definitely advise anyone to stay away from this service provider. I received a call from the owner of the company to discuss the frustration demonstrated with making contact with his company. He took the poor rating (1-Star) seriously and discussed the matter at length with me. This revision is to adjust my position on Brown's Plumbing.
