We couldn't be happier with the services Jeff Brower has provided us. We unfortunately had a slab leak a few months after installing all new floors. The floors had to be lifted and we had a leak detection service out. From there we met with several plumbers to discuss re routing all the remaining plumbing out of the slab. Jeff really knew what to do, and the way he described the work to us filled us with confidence. Jeff estimated 3 days to re-route and repipe and he had it all done in exactly 3 days. He was very careful and thoughtful about where to place wall and ceiling cuts so as not to destroy our cabinets or tile. He communicated clearly with us each day on the progression of the job and was respectful of our belongings that had to be moved or covered. We liked Jeff's work so much that we had him out the following week to clean and repair all our area drains. Jeff is knowledgeable, experienced, and fair. We highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

The owner Jeff came to my condominium he was sent by the HOA . He came and was here for a couple hours and absolutely got nothing accomplished . He stated there was a leak that was coming from my new remodeled bathroom . Not only was he completely wrong but he told my neighbors I was responsible for screws hanging from their ceiling . I called Jeff to follow up on exactly what he found that day and his response was "" you know what I really don't give a shit about who put the screws there "" . I thought we'll that's very unprofessional. I asked him if he would come again to look at the issue he replied well take a look at the invoice . I said, Can we go over it together ? his reply was it says what it say mam ! I then decided to hang up on him .
