I'm very happy with there costumer service. They were at my house with 30 minutes. They fixed the problem same day. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing.

Subject: Concerns over excessive billing for Plumbing services (replacing a faucet) Cost of the Faucet was given to me over the phone. $193.00 Labor to install the faucet $556.99 total Rip Off DO NOT give your Credit crd over the phone. BEWARE. I am writing to address the charge I received for the plumbing work completed at my residence on 12 April 2023. There are no details in the invoice for the plumbing work completed at my residence. I have included the bill in this letter/fax. During our initial phone conversation, I was provided with an estimated maximum cost of $750 for the service and the plumber asked me for my credit card number which I gave to him. While the invoice does not exceed the agreed maximum cost, it still appears higher than what I believe the actual cost should have been based on the work performed. Furthermore, the invoice lacks itemization, making it difficult to understand the breakdown of charges for labor, materials, and any other associated costs. I followed up with the plumber by phone conversation, during which I requested an itemized invoice for the plumbing work completed. The invoice I received after our conversation is still not itemized to my satisfaction. In fact, there is a discrepancy between the total amount on the second invoice I received for the plumbing work completed and the charge made to my credit card. The discrepancy is concerning. The technician was here twice. The first time to diagnose the problem, and the second time to fix the faucet. The technician was here not more than 90 minutes on the 2nd visit and 30 minutes maximum on the first visit. Total of 2 hours. I asked the technician for a work log to sign after the work was finished to help ensure transparency and accuracy in billing but none of this was produced. He said the office will send me this information later. I did receive the first bill which I am including in this dispute, and I received a different bill after I called the plumber disputing the charge. Upon reviewing the invoice and considering the scope of work performed, I believe the total amount charged to my credit card is excessive. I did agree to pay $193 for the replacement faucet but based on my understanding of the work done and the industry standards, the cost should have been considerably lower. I find the cost of $556.00 installing a faucet to be excessive and this is what I'm disputing. The most I'd pay is $300.00 for labor and the faucet for a total of $493.00.

Can be trusted to make things right. Unfortunately there were issues with the work I had completed, these things happen. David responded quickly and with no need for discussion made a reasonable offer to make things right on the spot. Very appreciated and I would still definitely hire them again. Always nice to do business with someone you can trust

I am very angry that I wasn't given an estimate before the work was done and ended up paying $375.00 for about 5 minutes of service. The tech was very nice but did not fix the problem until the third time we had to call him out. I was also told that I was given an estimate before the service was done. This was not true. I definitely would have said a hard no! Beware of this service!

Do not use these people. They sold us a hot water heater that we did not need. Looked for a leak by drilling holes in the wall and cutting tile in the bath room leaving a mess in the tub. Then they wanted to charge us $4200 for a new tub, but would not replace tile. They said only plumbing. We got a contractor who replaced the tub, bought & replaced tile and back board and of course did all the grout work. Let the room cleaner than when they started for $3500.

Plumbing review My grandparents just got this house not even a year ago, and he's telling me all of these things that's wrong with the house like it was my fault when I really just wanted the job fixed. I just feel like the customer service and miscommunication was lacking and I don't appreciate being yelled at for wanting something done. We have fixed clogged sinks and what not before but what we thought this plumbing service could do they couldn't. It's not about the money but at the same time I don't think we should've been treated this way. We called for them Sunday night to come Monday afternoon and the sink needed some unclogging which we tried to do but then the outside sink was not working properly so I had to call the plumbing service again to come out and David said if I call Tuesday morning, he can have someone come out within the hour. I called around 9am.. and we were being seen by 1:30pm.. The manager David was trying to be helpful but I don't appreciate being yelled at and accused of something I didn't say when the technician was connected to the call. It's not fair for them to treat customers like this. I had already paid $375 for a 5 minute job. The job that the technician did we already had someone do the same exact thing. It's truly an inconvenience that they are only offering a $150 refund. David said he pays his technician $75/hr and the labor and delivery services had already been charged? Like thank you for coming to my house to fix something that someone can easily do? I really feel like I got ripped off and it's truly unfair how businesses take your money and don't even feel bad for doing so. They said that if I want it fixed, I have to pay more for the service because they have to go on the roof.. David said the best thing he could was give me half off for the quote that we paid for.. but why should we have to pay for more when the damage has already been done? This place just really made me feel bad and I really can't believe this happened. Do yourself a favor and go to somewhere else. At the end of the day, I should've went with my first choice at Trust Rooter, they definitely might've been more experienced than this place.

Very Expensive. $1600. The plumber left the electrical cap off. I had to call another person to fix the cap with the wiring. I did call Broward Plumbing the office said they would come back and fix it, no one did after talking to two people. I would NOT recommend this company. Other water heater installers were $500 cheaper and easier to deal with.

Whatever happened last year to bring someone to give a bad review is not the case any longer. These guys are awesome. They respond quickly, communicate well, and they take their work seriously. I think the price was reasonable. I had problems with other contractors in the past for over pricing and shoddy work but not one issue with these guys. They're straight shooters and hard workers. I'll be calling them again if necessary.

I only have two words regarding this company for anyone looking for a plumber """"stay away"""" or maybe three """"find someone else."""" David to me they charged $50.00 to send someone to check for a leak, however that became $254 after the plumber discovered the leak source, that became $555 after David said it would take 2 or 3 hours to repair. The actual repair took less than 30 minutes and a hole in my wall. David said he would email and text me a receipt. After 3 days and no receipt I called him and he said he would send it right away...I am still waiting.

I could write a short novel about my experience with Broward Plumbing but I am done wasting my time, tired of being fed lies and promises all for a good review & ultimately just sick of getting worked up over it. Just avoid at all costs.
