Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! My insurance carrier uses them for some god-forsaken reason. After 2 months our toilet STILL isn't fixed - not to mention the water damage to the floor after the 1st visit. We were willing to give them a chance, but after a million phone calls from the insurance carrier (and some by me) no one ever called back!
(Great way to do business, huh?)
I truly have no understanding of how this company stays afloat...because it isn't due to their ability to fix plumbing!!!
Stay away at all costs!
