Brother's Plumbing is the best in my book. I'm truly a ""plumber's friend""....they have been to my house so many times. Fantastic! Super fast response when our well pump went bad. They were at our house to assess right away. Two days later Ray was back installing a new pump. He was professional and courteous. Definitely would recommend this business!

Called at 9:00 am on 6/20/16, as I needed to clear a blocked kitchen sink. I was told they would come between 10 am and 1:00 pm. Received a call from Haley at 12:45 pm saying they would be late....maybe not until 4:30. She said I had been pre-empted by a restaurant. I wondered if they were more important than individual homes ? She pretty much said yes. I then told Haley that I was not happy with them taking all day to show up and the phone connection then went dead. I called back and asked her if I had hung up or had she? She said she did because I was being disrespectful.! Then proceeded to tell me that she didn't have to take that. Never did I criticize her. No apologies, either, for being late or anything like that. I shouldn't be sensitive to someone who is the first line representing, but hanging up on a customer is a bit much. Won't be doing business with Brothers in the future, nor will I recommend them.

Haley, Justin, and everyone we've dealt with at Brothers Plumbing has been top notch!

I can't speak to their pricing because we are going through a home warranty company. I can speak to their responsiveness and professionalism. Haley has been wonderful to deal with on the phone and Justin is at our home right now finishing up 4 repairs. He has explained everything to me in detail and has treated us and our home with respect and kindness.

I will update this review if something changes, but so far I am a fan!

We have used Brother's Plumbing several times in the past and were very satisfied.
This morning I called and asked to have someone come out since my wife had dropped a diamond earring in the shower drain. Don't ask! I initially talked with Haley who suggested I talk with Arpod. Arpod and I discussed the possibility of cutting the shower drain trap out, checking for the item and then replacing the trap. The cost would have been acceptable. He then suggested that prior to his coming out that I try using a shop vac to retrieve the item. I did, it worked and everything is fine. Thanks for the help Brother's. You folks will be the first we call for any future plumbing problem.

As strange as this may sound, I had the pleasure of requiring the services of Brother's Plumbing on November 1, 2015.

On the late afternoon of October 31, I made the unpleasant discovery that my sewer line was backing up by way of my floor drain in my basement. This being a weekend, I was sure I would have to wait until Monday to call in a plumber. My daughter looked online for me and suggested Brother's Plumbing, stating that their ad said they take calls 24/7. Within 45 minutes after I made the call to them on November 1, a young man from their company, named Justin, showed up on my doorstep. He had the line cleaned out very quickly and was very meticulous with cleaning up the mess. I expected this to cost me an arm and a leg, but I felt that the charge was very fair - especially considering this was an emergency and on a weekend. Justin was very pleasant, courteous and conscientious. He offered me advice that anyone that lives in an older home should be aware of but I apparently was not - such as tree roots.

Some additional advice I think should be helpful to the public is to know where your cleanout is. Living in my older home, my cleanout ended up to be in a very strange location, behind the toilet in my downstairs basement. Having this information can make it easier for your plumber to get the job done!

I would highly recommend Brother's Plumbing.

The plumber did not show up at appointed time, but he did call to explain about an emergency and reset the appointment. My three jobs were done in less time than I expected and I was charged the amount of the initial quote. The plumber was very professional and friendly. I have had no problems with his work. If he had shown up the first day, I would probably give Brother's Plumbing five stars.

I am a General Contractor and hired Brothers Plumbing for a renovation project in Port Townsend. They installed 100 showers and 50 Jacuzzi tubs in phases. I was very impressed by the overall professionalism and dedication to keeping my project on schedule even when the schedule was incredibly difficult to maintain. Roger, one of the owners, had a ""whatever it takes"" kind of attitude throughout the job and the final outcome was absolutely perfect!! I have a GC license in 6 US states and have hired countless plumbing contractors. This team is one of the best I have ever come across. I feel very lucky I found, and hired the RIGHT company!
I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again without question!!!!

Our neighbors who share the same sewer line to the city connection as us, hired Brother's Plumbing to fix a clog in the line between our clean out and theirs. Without making sure someone was in our home (we were out of state and our daughter was at work) to obseve the procedure, he flushed the line with high pressure water. After an 11 hour work day my daughter returned to the house to find our front bathroom flooded with sewage. She had to shovel this mess and clean up as best she could that night and missed work the next day to remove hallway carpet and continue to remove sewage. This put her health and safety at risk. We received a phone call from Brother's basically saying they were sorry for the sewage flood and ""these things happen"". They have not returned my phone calls regarding a face to face to resolve this calamity. Since, we have had to hire a professional cleanup company which has removed all the contaminated materials. We are left with a torn up bathroom and hallway and will now have to find a contractor to repair our demolished room and hallway. I would give a minus star if possible. Look elsewhere for a plumber if you want a responsible professional.
