The team was excellent. We needed a pipe replaced and it unfortunately ran under our sidewalk and flowerbed. They had to dig up the flowerbeds but were able to trench under the sidewalk to replace the pipe. They started the job around 9 am and were finished about 3pm. They cleaned up all the dirt and put my flowerbed back together. Very happy with the experience.

Our water heater pilot light would not stay lit. I called Brothers Plumbing the next morning at 8. Miranda told me that they had no openings until Friday (this was on a Wednesday). She said she would see if they could work me in. She called and let me know that a technician would be there about noon. I got a text 10 minutes before Tyler got there around 11:45. He looked at the water heater and diagnosed the problem and gave me a firm price. No hourly charges to worry about. Tyler fixed it and cleaned up the area. He was polite and professional. Highly recommend this company.

I was having a hard time getting a plumber and Brothers was there for me. Not only did they fix the issue they also contacted the city to let them know that part of the problem was on their end. It's hard to trust someone with your home and not worry if your going to get lied to or taken for a lot of money. You guys did a thorough job quickly and for a good price. Thank you.
