We did not have a good experience with this company. They were two hours late. They made a big mess and did not clean up. The tub that they unclogged had a jammed drain after they finished and I asked them to come back and fix it the next day (because they had messed it up) and to put a part into the sink that they didn't have the day before. He told me the sink would cost $50 but then charged me $130 and said he never said that. Finally, when I confronted them about the charge Chris got very testy and told me he would come back into the house and take the part back out. I ended up paying him because he was being extremely intimidating and refusing to leave my home. Do not call this company. Paul's Plumbing was so good!!

I have used Brothers Plumbing twice now and they are a great company I trust. Each time they were available later in the day and responded quickly and professionally to my two different problems. Today they repaired the leak in my guest powder room toilet, the wax ring had deteriorated. They fixed it, good as new if not better and pointed out and explained the problem. It's great to have a reliable source when it comes to having a technician of any kind come into your home, these guys you will not mind at all inviting them in and getting the job done ~

Needed water line valve installed for new refrigerator, new faucet installed and repair to leaking outside faucet. The business was prompt, professional, cleaned up and did quality work. It is challenging finding businesses you can trust but also can meet your needs in a timely manner! Would highly recommend!

Called Brothers Plumbing on Monday morning and Henry said he could replace the hot water heater and leaking toilet before 5pm. 2 techs were there by about 230pm on the same day and completed the work very efficiently. Don't hesitate to use Brothers Plumbing Inc in Auburndale. They are the best. Thanks Henry and Chis. You guys are real professionals and they took care of my plumbing issues!! Will use them again if ever needed!!

I had an emergency, huge water leak from a burst pipe, late on a Friday afternoon. Of course nothing bad ever happens until it's an after hours situation. I called Brothers Plumbing at approximately 4:30pm on a Friday. They arrived at my home before 5:00 pm. They immediately went to work and located the leak. They spent several hours replacing huge lengths of pipe that ran the whole length, underneath the house. After several hours, their work was done and everything was put back into place, by them. I paid a very, very good price and wasn't even charged an after hours or emergency surcharge. I highly recommend Brothers Plumbing. They're honest, reliable, and fair.

We had a leak at the house and needed it located. Brother's came out the same day, gave estimate with potential problems/resolutions. we thought it would need to be claimed on home owners insurance. Chris was able to fix the leak, identified leak at street and all without having to claim on our home owners insurance! Very professional, efficient and great value for service! Will use again!
