Highly professional and excellent communication! We've had a difficult time finding a reliable plumber in the Running Springs area and we are so happy to finally have found one in Brothers plumbing.

We called Brothers to investigate our water heater that has been tripping the breaker. They responded quickly and professionally. Andrew spent about and hour at the home conducting a very thorough testing evaluation and reprogramming of the unit. We hired other plumbers to try to fix the issue but they were all rushed and provided bad advice. Andrew patiently inspected the water heater with great care and provided us with an in-depth explanation of the potential issues and solutions.

We would highly recommend Brothers and will look to them first for all our future plumbing needs.

Wow. I wish I could leave 10 stars! We're new to Lake Arrowhead and we had some minor plumbing issues with a house we just moved into, so we called Brothers Plumbing and Andrew came out. I cannot say enough good things about him and his service. He even took extra time to walk around the house and show me where important shutoff valves and things like that were. It's nice to know there are still honest people out there, and Brothers Plumbing will be who we call for any plumbing issue we have from now on. I highly recommend them. Thank you again, Andrew!

I would 100% recommend Brothers Plumbing. They responded immediately and came within an hour (on a Sunday, a day after a snow storm mind you). Andrew was super thorough in finding best solutions, walked me through everything in a super helpful, productive way (IE: didn't mansplain). Andrew was a life saver. Our family rented an AirBNB for the weekend and when we arrived, a pipe had burst due to the cold and the water had to get shut off by the city. Today, we got to our family's cabin in Sky Forest after a few hours of driving, and lo and behold, we couldn't get the water on and there was something funky going on with the valve. It's 4:30 on Friday, and it's a holiday weekend. Panic starts to set in that we won't have water, which is brutal with two little kids.

After getting rejected by 5 or 6 other plumbers, we called brothers. Not only were they at the house in under an hour, they fixed everything super quick. We are so grateful we found them and will definitely be using them again.
