Professional, reliable, and all around good people. Robin who we booked our services with and kept us in the loop with bills, arrival time, etc is friendly and responsive, and Nathaneal and his team do great work! Nathaneal was quick to give us quotes for adding a gas line for a dryer, adding a water shutoff, and tying up some open pipes as well as was fast to get the job done. He made sure we were happy with the work and him and his team were very clean. They cleaned up after their work and wore booties in our house. Would recommend 1000%

I am blown away by the professionalism and kindness of this family owned business in SkyForest. My Father is 93 and lives alone in Lake Arrowhead, with caregivers coming in on weekdays. During the recent storms, my Dad's only toilet got clogged up during a weekend and we needed to get immediate service for him. These guys trudged through the snow and uncleared roads to get to my Dad's place only to find that there was another plumber already there (my Dad had made some SOS calls as well.) Brothers Plumbing was completely understanding and gracious and when I called to insist on paying them for the house call, they refused to take anything----and only said, ""Think of us next time."" We surely will do that! This level of kindness is something I don't see very often from service providers and I am grateful to know it still exists. These guys are the ""real deal"".

Highly professional and excellent communication! We've had a difficult time finding a reliable plumber in the Running Springs area and we are so happy to finally have found one in Brothers plumbing.

We called Brothers to investigate our water heater that has been tripping the breaker. They responded quickly and professionally. Andrew spent about and hour at the home conducting a very thorough testing evaluation and reprogramming of the unit. We hired other plumbers to try to fix the issue but they were all rushed and provided bad advice. Andrew patiently inspected the water heater with great care and provided us with an in-depth explanation of the potential issues and solutions.

We would highly recommend Brothers and will look to them first for all our future plumbing needs.

Wow. I wish I could leave 10 stars! We're new to Lake Arrowhead and we had some minor plumbing issues with a house we just moved into, so we called Brothers Plumbing and Andrew came out. I cannot say enough good things about him and his service. He even took extra time to walk around the house and show me where important shutoff valves and things like that were. It's nice to know there are still honest people out there, and Brothers Plumbing will be who we call for any plumbing issue we have from now on. I highly recommend them. Thank you again, Andrew!

I would 100% recommend Brothers Plumbing. They responded immediately and came within an hour (on a Sunday, a day after a snow storm mind you).
