Nice enough people, but their work is lacking. Had them install a gas sediment trap and a couple of filters at the water heater. I had to correct them as they were installing the gas T as a straight through, which would have allowed a majority of the particles to flow right over the trap.


The installation on the filters was not clean, with the copper not level. There are also two areas where there is a drip. They came out once to try and fix it, but it still leaks. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to redo some of this myself.

Maybe it was an off week for them.

1st of all... Love the company's name. Joseph, the owner is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone. He was able to sit and listen to all my concerns. He has a lot of patience with his customers unlike other companies they don't hear you out and don't give honest opinions. If any one needs any help, I highly recommend him and his company.
