We just purchased a home recently and realized that we had a lot of moisture damage and wood rot. Isais came around 8pm to inspect the house underneath due to our busy work schedule. He was very flexible. He was able to fix the damage that was done and put up a moisture barrier and a sump ? Pump. We have not had any issues since. He was great working with and I would definitely recommend him. He was also able to put up our backsplash in the kitchen and did a fantastic job! Thank you so much for all of your help!

I met Isaias about 2 years ago, he was repairing the moisture barrier in a home down the street that had the original barrier improperly installed.

I inspected his work under that home and was so impressed that when I decided to install a sump pump and barrier under my home, I called Isaias about a year ago. My job included cleaning out, digging a trench to divert water, digging a pit for the sump pump and laying the multi-layer moisture barrier all under the house. He also replaced all of the under house HVAC ducting.

He did a great job, so good a job that I recommend him to a neighbor for the same under house work. He did that work about 9 months ago.

The great thing about Isaias that when was doing the other work 9 months ago, he came back and went under my house and checked out everything... and didn't charge me for his time.

My experience with Isaias is that he does great work at a reasonable price. He is very conscientious about getting his work done properly.
