Brothers Backflow

We were staying at our relatives home in Miami recently when we came home from dinner to a mess. A pipe had broken and was leaking water in the kitchen we were able to shut off the main. Their neighbor was outside and we asked them who to call as we were not familiar with anyone in the area the recommended Brothers Backflow. We made the call the next morning and they were out in a couple hours and had everything repaired at a reasonable cost.

Spectacular service. The technician was very informative and provided my business with exactly what was needed. We have had 2 other companies out for the same issue with only temporary results. They guys pinpointed the issue and had it fixed the same day. I have added them to our approved vendor list.

The supervisor is a nut job. First appointment on Monday was canceled so they re-scheduled for Thursday. Plumber showed up an hour before Condo assoc would let him thru the gate. After 3 hours waiting and my appointment time had passed I called and they told me """"the man felt sick and decided to go home. He will not be doing any more jobs today."""" I said """"I doubt that and why didn't anybody call me, I would have been waiting all day, but let's reschedule for Monday. I leave back to NY on Tuesday so someone has to be there Monday."""" A phone call comes from this putz who tells me he does not want to do the job because I doubted them. After my very calm explanation of that word was taken out of context and I need you to do the job he hung up on me. It forced me to find another plumber in the area. I did so and they were excellent. So, from every bad comes some good. Now I'm glad Brothers did not come, but it was annoying and very childish and stupid of this guy.. wish I got his name. The only one who called twice and canceled was Michelle the receptionist.

This company definitely surpassed my expectations. I've had bad experiences in the past and was relieved when I came across this company. Technicians are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. The female owner is an absolute delight. Very personable and made all things related to billing a smooth transition.
