I recently had some plumbing work completed and Idrees was amazing!!! However I would be careful before using Brothers for plumbing work because they don't quote you accurately and once the work is completed you get a surprise. I was quoted $279 for my bathroom faucet to be replaced (customer provided). I then went and purchased the faucet replacement from Lowe's. Idrees came out to complete the work and did an amazing job, however once the work was competed he informed me that there would be an additional cost for the pop-up in the amount of $260 (I cant remember the actual amount). I had to get the work done because he already replaced the faucet. It was very disappointing because I ended up over paying and was charged $480. I will definitely inform family and friends to get multiple quotes prior to going with Brothers. You should also get an estimate in writing prior to any work being done.

Brothers service technicians has been to my house three time within 2 weeks. Found them at Home Depot offering a special on Tune-ups. Mind you, my furnace was working prior to their visit. As of today my furnace is not working for now the third time. There repairs only last about two to three days. In fact they left me with an estimate repair over thousand dollar on ( at time) working furnace. I guess the tune-up and a tune-out furnace. I am a senior citizen and are always on the alert but I trusted Home Depot.

Over a year ago, I purchased an hvac check to make sure everything was in good working condition before the winter. I was not having any issues, but just thought it was time. The technician came out and went up into the attic for about 3 minutes and came back down and said he was going to check the unit outside. He came in about 5 minutes later and stated that our Compressor was only working at a fraction of capacity and that it was on it's last leg and ready to go out. He recommended we replace the whole unit. He called a sales guy out and we were quoted a price of around 14k. We had another company come out the next day for a second opinion since we were not seeing any issues. They checked everything out and said the unit was in perfect condition. Here we are about a year and a half later and we haven't had the first issue. The technician and the sales guy were obviously working on a sales commission and were completely dishonest. I would NEVER let Brothers back at my house for any reason. It makes me sick to think that they are scamming people like that.

The company couldn't provide a load calculation for us, yet recommended we go with a larger unit. He went to his van and brought the quote back to me. I commented that it was a pretty good price at $7000. He said to wait a minute, he might be wrong, then went back out to his van and came back with a quote for $2000 more (over $9000 now!!), saying he quoted me the wrong price the first time. They don't know what they are doing, I'm surprised they can stay in business.

Purchased two new furnaces from this company (1 controls the basement and the other the main level). These were purchased solely because I knew it wouldn't be long before I needed them replaced, however, they were working fine at the time of replacement. It has been a complete nightmare since!!!! During the included inspection, the Tech tells me I have the worst case of mold around the unit area in my attic. On que, he proceeded to tell me how he can use an ultra violet light to clear it up for $1500. Of course I declined and for a second opinion which resulted in that Tech telling me it wasn't mold, but rather dried up splatter from sealant used during the installation the previous year. I reached back out to Brothers and told them I received a different diagnosis and felt they were trying to scam me. I never revealed the diagnosis. They sent another Tech and he also told me it was dried insulation. It's been 3 weeks and now the main floor furnace is not working. Again, it's only a year old. Each of the three times they came out, I was give the same 8:00am - 12:00pm window for them to arrive. Each time (including today) they arrived after 5:00pm. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Their Techs are not properly trained. I will definitely not be using this horrible company again.

Brothers did a great job with the install of our new HVAC unit and we felt like the price was reasonable. However, what disappoints me is that they are not a part of Duke Energy's energy efficient rebate program so you will not be eligible for the potential $600 back! Brothers- please change this! Everyone should have a focus on the environment and your strategy is not helping that cause!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY EMPLOYEE NAMED BJ IN STATESVILLE NORTH CAROLINA. ZERO STARS! Horrible customer service. I had and appointment for a Free quote. Something came up I tried calling twice before the appointment BJ the horrible employee didn't answer straight to voice mail. I get a call from Bj the horrible employee he states that he's here. He wasn't at the right house. I then explained I tried to calling twice and hour before the appointment and cancel THAT HE WAS LATE TOO. He argued with me saying he drove 2 hours. That I wasted his time. Then asked me if I was just gonna go with out heat. Argued more and then hung up. Never been so disappointed in a company's employee. Absolutely terrible will never buy a service from this company. They need to train the employees on how to handle situations and how to talk to people. Zero STARS DO NOT Recommend

I would give a negative number if I could. We had a brand new unit put in a year ago and are having issues with it not keeping up. Brothers has told us they would be out for the last three days, and we still have not had someone out to look at our new UNDER WARRANTY unit. Also they give you a noon-8pm time frame. In this day and age that time frame is ridiculous. I spent thousands of dollars with them right at a year ago and now they are no shows.
