Had Brookwood install a new water heater today. Got someone out to my house the next day after I called. The tech that came to my house was excellent. He was very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Brookwood for your heating-cooling-plumbing needs. They also installed the furnace and air conditioner for my house. Several years ago we had no heat in our house the day before Christmas. They had someone out within an hour and got our heat fixed in no time.

I wanted central air put in my house . Had a Goodman furnace that I installed. Emailed Brookwood and asked for a estimate. They contacted me the next day. The person that came was Ernest Wood. The estimate was quick and precise.He gave me a Choice between Rudd and Lennox. We had 104 heat index that week. I told Ernest that it wasn't necessary that it be installed immediately. Because I had a window air . The next week Monday Vince - Matt & apprentice installed the unit. It took a total of 3.5 hr and that was cleanup included . Vince made sure I knew how to run thermostat and operate unit. I'm very happy with the operation of the unit and they did a very excellent job of installation.
