This person """"Jimmy"""" promised that he would come out and fix my leaking system and NEVER came out. After three weeks of him saying he had emergency jobs he finally set a time to come out. He """"assessed"""" the job and said that he would take a credit card. When the day came for him to do the job he said the """"credit card"""" machine was down and that he needed cash. Then after speaking to him about the disappointing service, he hung up on me. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS business.

I just got totally ripped off by Brookway Plumbing. First of all Jimmy is the rudist person I have ever had to deal with. He came to find out why my toilet was filling without being flushed, charged me $165 and did not fix the problem. Came back and told me I need a new toilet at a cost of $450 way over priced.
