I really like this company. Local, well run, and willing to go the extra mile. Nobody wants to have to call a plumbing or heating company - it's almost always because something has gone wrong, frequently after-hours, but find a good company such as this one and you'll be glad you did.

I worked along side Brookside for many years while I was building houses on Winnipesaukee. It is a small family run business that is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Paul and Jeff work very hard to ensure that the job is done in a timely manner and to code.

In -2 degree weather I was informed that they would not add new clients in emergencies. Spoke with a woman named Candice who was less than helpful. This is not the first time Brookside has said that. Candice mentioned that it was Jeff and Paul's policy not to help people in the winter. Would never recommend this company.

Same story as Jeremy. Surprisingly rude customer service. I understand if you are unable to take new customers, but there is a professional way to do that. Don't get annoyed by the potential customer calling for service, and offer a referral number. Not difficult.

Fantastic guys!! We arrived after an extended time out if town to find the kitchen flooded, water cascading into the basement - the dishwasher gushing water. He arrived just minutes after I called, ready to tridge through the mess. Not only did he repair the leak in the and the nearly destroyed furnace in the basement, but he sanded the ice in our driveway and gave a few inexpensive options on how to moniter the plumbing and heating systems next time we went out of town. Will absolutely be calling them for all future needs!!!
