These folks did a great job at my house. I basically didn't need much so they didn't do much. It was no crazy service. They seem to be good honest people they communicated arrival time and work needs all along the way. I will use them again as my first go to!

I've had Brooks Plumbing come out twice for various projects. One of the projects was more of an emergency where we needed someone right away, and they were very accommodating. The other was for smaller things like water pressure. They make sure to look for the simple fixes first before trying to up sell you. I've found them to be prompt and honest. I love working with local family businesses and would recommend them for any project.

I've lived in Nashville since the 80s and have called probably five or six different plumbing companies over the years. This was by far the best experience I've had with a plumber here in town. My service guy was Tim and he knows plumbing! He had a crazy amount of knowledge and experience when it comes to home plumbing problems and he quickly fixed every issue I had. Plus he had lots of good tips when it comes to being a homeowner with plumbing issues. It's a small company and I can tell they really have pride in what they do. I had been dreading calling someone but I can say that I've got the plumber situation figured out!

Don't bother calling Brooks plumbing, they won't show up. I called them to schedule cleaning of a tankless water heater. They said someone would be at our house on Thursday or Friday. No one called or came on those days. I called on Monday, spoke with someone who said they would research my ticket and call me back...no one called back. I called again on Tuesday and they confirmed that someone would come on Tuesday or Wednesday. On wednesday they called my cell during a meeting, so I called them back and spoke to someone who said they would call me back in a few minutes. Again...no call back. When I called back to complain about their repeated failure to show and and their failure to call me back, the Brooks employee on the phone agreed with me when I said I should call Hiller. During the time I wrote this review, Hiller is already confirmed for a 2 hour window of my choosing on the day of my choice. I bet they show!

I called Brooks Plumbing when my washing machine wasn't working properly. The staff in the office were really nice and efficient. I recived a call from the office alerting me when the plumber would arrive. I also got a call from the plumber double checking I was home. Plumber was courteous and knowledgable.
