We waited two weeks for the appointment that was set up from 9-11 am and when it was 11:15 and haven't heard anything we called only to find out that Lauren didn't schedule us. After talking with the technician he decides he doesn't want to do the job and says to call a heating and cooling company that was at our house at 12:15 for their scheduled 12-4 appointment for routine maintenance. If you looking for a company that leaves you hanging then this is definitely who you should call

I have used Brooks plumbing on multiple occasions both in my home and our rentals. They are very prompt, professional and reliable. I called today for a water leak I had in one of our rentals, they were there that same day. The plumber called and gave me an approximate ETA and then he called me back after he inspected the repair. I would whole heartedly recommend Brooks plumbing. Thank you Terry and Paul I appreciate all your hard work!

Brooks has been my plumber for over 15 years. The guy came out Thanksgiving Day to stop gushing leak from a broken pipe. He had to stand in cold water to do it, and he did it cheerfully.

Everyone in my neighborhood had their toilets damaged when there was a surge in water main. Brooks came out that day, most of my neighbors had to wait for a few days before they could get a plumber.

Once one of the new plumbers came out and we disagreed about what should get done..the main plumber came out and made the right decision. He said he was hearing 2 things so he came out to see.

Right now Paul is installing my tub, shower, toilet and sink. I tried 3 other contractors who were clowns and thieves (I didn't think to call a plumber because carpentry work was need). After the chaos from 3 contractors, Paul came in and installed everything beautifully. We discussed replacing some of the galvanized pipes and I couldn't afford it so he didn't push. He suggested a experienced carpenter who is working right now.

I think some of these complaints are from people who aren't used to working with contractors. They always tell you ""worst case scenario "" they are supposed to tell you that. No contractor can look at the ""outside"" of a problem and see what the problem is until they see the inside.
These guys are great. I've worked with other plumbers, these guys are great.

Had a phone call with Paul about a water heater issue we were having (a weird noise). After sending a video of our water heater to show the noise, he completely ignored that problem and started talking about how we needed a new water heater because the way our vent was set up is a hazard. The thing is, we had a home inspector and two other HVAC people look at it, and none of them had an issue with our water heater vent. I asked him to explain why it was a hazard and he told me I'm ""not mechanical enough to understand."" I felt he was trying to scare me into feeling like we needed to hire him. I also found his listening skills to be lacking, as I had to repeat myself on a few different things (like location of the water heater) in the same phone call. He also took almost a week to get back to me after my initial call. But today, at least, he was responsive.

horrible theives. First I was told drywall repair for my faucet was $350 by Terry. Then paul today tells me that it was a rough estimate and that it could cost up to $100 more. OK, i believe that. Then I get home and it's almost $500 but they are not responsible for the damage to the wall. then why the f*** do they charge me to punch a hole in the wall and pry it apart and throw screws in it all crooked.
My mom doesn't speak english well and i feel he took advantage of that. do not go here. they never explained that and i assumed working in drywall requires them to repair it. I could have punched my own hole in the wall and fixed it.
please everyone stay away from them. I hope Jesse Jones from Kiro 7 reads this soon. Don't worry, I'll send him a link.

This plumber is professional, on time and competent. I used them twice and they were reliable. One time they installed a tank less heater which led to a gas leak. Terry came back to fix the leak with no delay. They are not the cheapest but their work holds up over time.

Unprofessional and Out of Line.
Before the plumber even went out to the house to diagnose the problem he presented a complicated, worst-case scenario that had me shaking in my shoes.

It is a rental house and I hadn't been out to see the problem so I told him I would have my husband go out and check it out first.

The plumber then called MY TENANT and got her all worked up by insinuating that we weren't going to repair the problem. He actually told her that we had had multiple plumbers out to the job and they had refused to work on it! We hadn't had ANY plumbers out. This was an outright lie. I can't imagine what prompted him to slander me to my tenants other than vengeance for not choosing to work with him.

Take your business elsewhere.

We've used this company twice. The first time was excellent. The plumber showed during the 4 hour window and did a great job. The second time we tried to use the company, I got another 4 hour window (12-4) and scheduled it out a week so I could be home for it. At 3, I called to make sure they were coming. After 4, I called and they couldn't get contact with their plumber to find out what the holdup was. At 4:30 I got a call from the plumber. He would be here between 5 and 5:30, but unless it was simple, wouldn't be doing the work today but could look at it. I told him not to bother coming. I wanted a plumber to do work, not look at my problem.

Terrible. Explained problem to the plumber when he called me on Monday after leaving a message on Saturday. I was sure I needed a frost-free hose bib replaced based on my research. He agreed that could be it, and for a $49.00 service call he could come out. I asked what it normally costs to replace a hose bib, and he said ""a couple hundred dollars"".

I called him and he came out Thursday. Showed him the problem. He said the hose bib needed to be replaced. He came in with a book and said all their prices are set, that it's the book price, and that it's $440-something dollars. I reminded him he said ""a couple hundred dollars"", and then he tried to tell me what he said he said. I said, ""you said a couple hundred dollars"". He looked down at the book and said, ""it is"". I said, $440-whatever is not ""a couple hundred dollars"". I mentioned I should have called a plumber that gives free estimates. He said, ""Yep"". We paid the $49.00 + tax service call and declined the work.

He had lied on the phone. When I asked what it costs to replace a frost-free hose bib on the phone, he could have and should have opened the same book and told me $440-whatever dollars.

I thought about calling the owner, but figured that could end up making me more upset. Maybe I should have.
