Horrible service, left a huge mess in my bathroom.
Had to come back a second time because the piping they did the first time stuck out of the wall and the sheet rockers couldnt repair the wall because of it and the 2nd time they came back they still didnt fix the issue and left a huge mess in my bathtube and bathroom floor. Definitely wont be using them ever again. Very unprofessional.

I called Brooks Plumbing at 4:30PM on Friday after coming home to find the water pouring from my ceiling. The owner of the company sent a plumber right away, the didn't arrive until 5:00PM but they worked until they got the issue resolved and they didn't charge me extra for working past 5:00PM.

They fixed it without issue their first time to my home and I would happily recommend them to my friends and family. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Brooks was recommended to us by a neighbor; we called thinking we had a clogged kitchen drain and instead found we had a section of cast iron pipe under the foundation that had cracked down its length and needed to be replaced. We got a detailed estimate from Brooks Plumbing, turned it in to our insurance and found it was covered by our policy. We were a little slow getting the job started because of the weather and some early miscommunication, but once they started we were extremely pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the workers. One day to dig, one to fix, and one to fill in the hole, plus an hour the next day to haul the leftover dirt away. They left the yard pristine. Owner John and Jackie in the office were very helpful and great to work with. I also love knowing we have a warranty on the work done. Would recommend highly.

I can't answer for others experience but they were awesome fixing my leak under the foundation. The owner quickly reviewed what the issue was and quoted an extremely fair price. They showed up exactly when scheduled and went to work. The two plumbers were nice and never complained about my hovering to learn more about my foundation and plumbing. They answered every question. When done they cleaned up all the dirt and remaining rumble before shaking my hand and heading out. I not only recommend them, I intend to use them for a bathroom rebuild.

John Brooks is very rude, and unprofessional. He hung up on me when I called him to ask them to come and finish of a job after his plumber had left my bathroom dismantled for 2 days. I would not recommend them to anyone at all.

John Brooks & his plumbers are amazing. I have had several big jobs done at my home. I had a pin-hole leak that flooded my house, my sewer line was clogged with tree limbs and had to be replaced. Once my dog dropped a bone down the toilet and they came to the rescue. That may have been a first for them... John has always been able to send someone out the same day for me. Prices compared to other bids I have received are basically cut in half with Brooks Plumbing. Highly recommend these guys! Only plumber I'll ever use.

Not so sure about these reviews. My insurance agent recommended Brooks Plumbing and I spoke directly with the owner, John. Incredibly professional, very efficient and phenomenal price for some real dirty work... our sewage line busted in the front yard. The techs, though young were solid and my experience beginning to end was outstanding...

Extremely rude owner, wanted to discuss his bid. He stated that's the price and hung up on me. His company did the static test after foundation work was completed. Called them to fix the sewer leak and he didn't even know they did the static test. Try to charge for tunneling under the house when it was a simple jack hammer job in the bathroom floor which is half the price. He should have know this since their company came out to locate the leak. Our house is being totally remodeled so flooring was already demoed. Easy fix. I was willing to pay the price quoted but didn't get a chance to tell him that since he hung up. Avoid this owner/company
