Brian and Adam ...so the story starts with me calling them and Brian gave me a price and they were on time and they did job while they were doing the job Adam told me a different price so I called Brian that you told me a different price then we negotiated and agreed on the price I gave the money to Adam (while he was complaining to Brian that he got payed less) I asked them if they can do 2 more things and Adam told me that yes he can but told me to call Brian it's been a week trying to call Brian and Adam Brian is the biggest liar he is been giving me run around that he is in traffic he is in company meeting lying lying and lying not reliable arlo specially Brian stay away from Brian Adam is a good person but he dosent have a phone ( in beginning Brian told me Adam is his partner ) now he is saying Adam is the main owner like i I said if this review can help someone I did my job

I called Adam on a Saturday morning after discovering to my horror that sewage had backed up into our basement and our water pressure throughout the house was shot. He came over right away and fixed both problems. He also gave me a lot of useful advice about the house which is much appreciated cuz we are clueless new homeowners. Great guy!

Brooks Plumbing or 'Adam' is calm, cool and collected. He's got a lot of friends. It's important to say that because when he doesn't know something, he's on the phone calling everyone he knows to figure it out. He's constantly researching things and improving his skill set. How do I know this? Adam's been our savior at my business for 3 years (A 50,000 sq foot television facility) where if it's not fixed now, we're in trouble with production costs and liabilities. I like to say he's more than a plumber because he was the general contractor at my house. He has a team of guys that he carefully selects and they do a wonderful job. He has every toy there is, including a giant dump truck and monster back hoe, so he's literally moved tons and tons of earth and cracked through solid mountain stone to build us a dry well for a spring that was bubbling under my house. He's like your personal Army Corps of Engineers. This is maximum plumber. As for the pricing comments in the reviews, it's fair to say that he's a ;whatever it takes to get it right' plumber, so he's not keen on giving estimates because he's not entirely sure what it will take at first glance. Some jobs that look simple turn out to be really complicated. Also, some people just aren't aware of the market prices for plumbers, good ones anyway, in the Newark Metropolitan Area. My business managers have reviewed his average pricing compared with other metropolitan plumbers and he comes in at about 78% in the range of pricing for certain typical jobs. But whatever he works on never breaks again, he guarantees his work, he manages the inspection process for you... he's worth it.

Don't use them. They are horrible with pricing completely ripped off customers. Their quote literally double compare to the other places. Stay away at all cost.

My bathtub was leaking through my kitchen ceiling. Adam came to give me an estimate within a half hour of my initial call at 7pm. The next morning he was there at 8 am and got the job done within a couple hours. Great service.

Don't use them. Completely overpriced, came over an hour late and wasn't forthcoming about the price.

Can't say enough about Adam! The request we had for him was to move all our water, sewage, gas & vent lines up to the first floor from the basement for our laundry room. We didn't realize we also needed his help to remove our old kitchen faucet & install the new one (and the dishwasher!) Eventually Lowes messed up & we needed him to also install our new washer & dryer with special long hoses. Adam never said no to any of our requests. He took time to help us out & show us everything we needed to know about our plumbing. He also was really helpful in giving us tips as we are first time homeowners. You can't go wrong with Adam as your plumber! Highly recommended.
