If i could give zero stars i would. They over charged for hours and also for lunches when they weren't working. Billed us twice for items that we already paid for. When we brought it to their attention they said they would check with their guys and never heard anything back. Truly a sad way to do business

Brooks Plumbing and Heating installed a small boiler for us. We are thrilled with the boiler and the service. They answered any questions we had and they were always very kind and helpful.

We have used Brooks Plumbing and heating for close to 20 years and have had only great luck with them. They do not do our heating as we have propane; however we do use them for plumbing. They are prompt diagnose issues quickly, and I easily leave a key with them and/neighbors in case they need to get in our house when we are not here. They always charge, and we always pay. They may not be the cheapest Plumbing around, but they to us are the most honest and do the best job.

We've now used Brooks twice - once to install a new tankless water heater, which had to be relocated because of a change in heater design and building codes, and then when pipes burst in cold weather. We found them prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. They were incredibly busy when the pipes burst, but came out 24 hours later (we'd turned off the water after their very helpful office person reminded us to! and were fine in the meantime). Yes, we will use them again and have recommended then to friends!

Make sure you're there when they come - we have reason to believe they aren't trustworthy with their labor hours. $100/hr gets expensive quick.

We asked for a quote for some busted pipes due to the recent cold weather. The plumber came to the home without either of us present. I was on my way to meet him. He spoke with our neighbor who knows how to turn the water on. They turned it on, and the plumber told our neighbor he didn't want to deal with it. That's the long and short of it, anyway. He later told my partner that he couldn't do it, because he had an emergency job to do. Thanks for nothing.
