It's tough writing a review when the company in question ignores you. Similarly, it's hard to criticize someone's work when they don't do any. My sink clogged up and it didn't respond to the standard chemical responses. A well meaning neighbor screwed it up worse. I asked for a recommendation from the maintenance man where I live. He suggested Brooks. I went to their website and filled out their questionnaire. I sent it off and was, as noted, categorically ignored. I'm in the middle of trading cars and have been distracted by all of that. I know it's been at least 3-4 days since I sent off the questionnaire. I didn't have time to fool with my sink problem, but now I do. The first thing that's getting flushed is Brooks. I'm a retired nurse and taught clinical nursing for 8-10 years. In my past vocation, if a reported problem got ignored someone's grandparent died and there's paperwork, paperwork, paperwork. Then comes 3 days of finger pointing. Maybe I should have become a plumber. If a plumbing problem gets ignored all that happens is Yelp gets notified and I glare at my maintenance man for a week. Hmmm, that's something to think about. We both deal clogged pipes. The difference being one set of pipes is called ""sewer"" pipes the other is referred to as the ""colon"". Avoid Brooks if you value your time.

We have had several services provided by Brooks Plumbing and I felt like I needed to finally do a review. The prices are beyond fair and the work is done efficiently and with integrity. We had a sink installed and some toilet maintenance done yesterday and to say I'm obsessed with my sink is an understatement. If you want an honest plumber with integrity and fait pricing do not hesitate to call!!! Looking forward to getting my bathrooms remodeled through them in the future!!!
