Zack, the owner, and two of his plumbers were excellent. I sent Zack two photos of the leaking pipe in our basement and he replied with an estimate within just a couple of hours. His employees were here the next morning. They assessed the problem, explained the solution, sawed off the ancient, rusted iron pipe, and replaced it with a new plastic pipe in less than two hours, I'd estimate. The left the work area clean, were polite and personable, skillful, and efficient. I would highly recommend Brookman Plumbing for all your household needs.

I woke up this Tuesday morning to find no hot water...checked the basement to see the water leaking on the floor. I called one contractor I've used before and was told they could get someone the following Monday!? I contacted Zac Brookman and he was at my house within 20 mins to check it out. Bottom line, Zac got the new tank on order and his two employees were back there by 2 to install the new tank and done within an hour! They were all great and I highly recommend them!

Our kitchen garbage disposal failed last night, leaking a lot of water inside the cabinet. I did some research and settled on a replacement by Evolution. But this would require not only installation, but moving some drain pipes to accommodate its larger size. Zach Brookman responded within an hour of my late evening call. The following morning he called with pricing from the supply house, and he then completed the job before lunch. He left our place clean and tidy, and he also advised me about another plumbing issue we were having elsewhere.

This is the third time we have hired Zach for something, and he has provided this high quality of service all three times.

The quality of work was good: plumbers were courteous and agreed to use booties when asked. However, the cost for the Moen Cartridge was highly inflated: $46 at Lowe's, they charged me $75. I don't agree with paying an hourly rate PLUS an increased cost on parts. Additionally, they charge 4% for use of a credit card. That's the cost of doing business and should not be the responsibility of the customer. I was ok with $150/hr rate, but the additional $29 for the cost AND a charge to use my card seems ridiculous. Finally, we didn't receive an itemized receipt; the receipt simply lists the total cost.

Brookman plumbing did an excellent job renovating my 1950s bathroom. Work was great. Workmen were professional, careful and thorough. Would use them again for sure.
