I do not recommend this company to anyone. They came out to our home because we were experiencing Carbon monoxide, we trusted them to at least find out what the problem was and not just guess and hope. However, after a few hours, our home was again filled with Carbon Monoxide. The lack of knowledge and unwillingness to want to be there because it was an after-hours emergency call is uncalled for. When we called to express our frustration with the company, we were only provided excuses on the service provided. VERY DISAPOINTED.

I have seen the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but top notch service and reasonable pricing from this company every time they have had to service something in my home, from plumbing to my A/C unit. I have and will definitely use this company again for my plumbing and heating/cooling needs

Quick to give a quote. Called to verify appointment and arrived on time. Very friendly and speedy work while moving gas line. Only complaint is we did not get an estimate, he went to work, did it, and gave us an invoice.

We called Brooklyn Plumbing for a quote installing a toilet. I had thought they were reputable and honest so I didn't plan to be in the house when they came. He gave my Mother the feeling he didn't want to do the job. Which must've been true because he tried to up sell her and left saying he would email a quote and never did. Overall, not honest, not professional. Will not be calling them again. Initially I thought I'd call the company and complain that their employee was taking advantage of my elderly Mother just to let them know. I then found out it was one of the owners who actually came out to her house. Sad, that's how they run their business.

I've heard the nickname ""Crook-Lyn"" Plumbing and heating. That moniker seems to fit according to another review. I'd add liars to the list of descriptors. Save yourself.

In 2013 I was new to the area and needed a soft water system installed and knew nothing about such systems. These guys came out twice during the install and charged me over $1300. I had the softener equipment so that price was almost all labor except for a few plastic tubes and brackets. They didn't need two plumbers to do the job and yet I'm sure that is part of the reason I was overcharged. Taken advantage of and paid the price! Beware.
