Careless, sloppy, and dishonest. This is the only way to describe the Brookline Plumber. When installing drainage pipe, they damaged neighboring property, removed $300 of landscaping stone without returning it, and only refilled half the hole they dug out for the pipe. See the picture for their handy work. I'm sure they can handle simple jobs like shut off valves but avoid them for anything more involved than this.
Very unsatisfying job by Brookline Plumber. They repaired sewer and when it rained two weeks later, ditch sunk several inches, at least a foot at basement wall. They also covered an existing rain conductor. Highly unprofessional. When I called to complain, guy just hangs up. Thankfully, the previous homeowner was stuck footing the bill for these shoddy contractors.
Jennifer S.If you need someone last minute, I'd suggest calling this Brookline Plumber. They do emergency work. When I spoke to the owner after all the crazy rain storms, I was surprised to learn that he got rid of the answering service because it took too long to answer. Now he takes the evening calls himself because, ""no one wants to be on hold. I think you'd rather leave a message and have me call you back. I get it. People calling last have an emergency and they just need to get it dealt with by whoever is available.""
I live in San Diego and do long distance caregiving for my dad. He is 98 years old and was in desperate need of a dryer. My sister and husband purchased a used dryer, but needed a Plumber to hook it up. These folks at Brookline Plumber were great, showed up within the window they gave me. Although I've dealt with a lot of companies from a long distance stand point, Thomas made me feel very comfortable that the job not only was going to be done, but done right. I need other work done, and I will call him again for other plumbing work. Thanks Brookline Plumber and a special thank you to Thomas.
WARRANTY CLAIMS BEWARE! Will perform work without prior authorization AND then expect payment for said services when your warranty company doesn't cover the charges. Misleading to clients and would never recommend, despite having 24 hour emergency service.
Slight disaster with the new refrigerator I ordered. Turns out we needed a valve replace requiring a plumber. I called many plumbers but Brookline was the only one to say right off the bat they'd be here in a flash. I was expecting a high bill. It was $125. Anyway, now I'm hoping and praying the fridge installation crew can get back here to install the refrigerator. Remember, Brookline Plumbing when you need a plumber. I'll have them back for future plumbing needs.
