Brookland was unbelievably responsive and helpful. They replied online to my Yelp request for a quote very quickly (3 other firms ignored me), contacted me by phone very soon after I gave them my number, gave me helpful info via text message (to help me buy the correct replacement parts in advance of the visit--I sent them pix from Home Depot and they confirmed that I had selected the right parts). I was actually happy that they had me get the parts myself--I could be confident that there would be no delay due to the plumber having to go somewhere for them.

They scheduled me for first thing the next day (wow), showed up on time, did the work professionally, and left me feeling great about using them again and recommending them to others.

Super honest and reliable and visited the house several times to figure out the problem and suggested how to fix it at the most convenient and cost effective way. He tried to save me money. While here, he fixed 3 other minor issues, as well.

Brookland were nice people, but seem to struggle as a plumbing organization. Their biggest problem is that they seem to never to have any parts on hand (mine was for Moen, so not some random obscure stuff). So every time there was a parts issue, they needed to run to the hardware store - taking time and effort.

In my case, they weren't able to solve my plumbing issue, and still charged me. They had return appointment arranged, but I randomly bumped into a Master Plumber who checked their work and found that Brookland apparently botched the installation in a manner that clogged the parts - making it malfunction.

The Master Plumber was a dream because he had every single part on hand with him.

I unfortunately already paid them 400 dollars (under pressure from them) despite being left a broken system.

Bottom line - simple stuff, I'm sure they will be fine. They definitely have the capability to do the hard stuff, but maybe not do it well. Oh and they will be going around looking for parts since having stuff on hand doesn't seem to be what they are good at.

I was very happy with Brookland Plumbing. They were responsive, professional, timely, efficient and cost effective. I needed to have the shut off values and supply lines replaced in my bathroom and Raciel did a nice job. I know exactly who to contact if I have future plumbing needs.

Brookland Plumbing executed the job of installing my kitchen sink faucet quickly and professionally. The price was very reasonable and the gentleman (forgot to get his name) was prompt and courteous. I WILL use him for anything that needs to be done outside of my home warranty. If you are reading this review you have found a plumber.

Brookland came to fix 2 leaky toilets, and a loose faucet handle. He came right on time, fixed the problems quickly and showed me how to fix the faucet handle if it happened again.

2 days later I noticed one of the toilets was leaking, he came back out right away, realized it was a small issue unrelated to what he fixed (but hadn't been noticed when the other leak was happening), but still fixed it without charge.

After frustrating experiences with bigger company, I will use Brookland again if i need a plumber.

A scheduling issue resulted in an accidental no-show, but the business handled it well and got us rescheduled for later in the week. Despite the dicey start, we ended up being very pleased with their work and their work ethic. Thank you, Brookland Plumbing.

Awesome company! Brookland Plumbing is a family run business, operated by husband/wife team Raciel and Eileen. Eileen handled the scheduling; I submitted a request on a Saturday, and she got me scheduled for an appointment first thing Monday morning.

Raciel and his son Lucas came to inspect a leak in our ceiling, and determined it was coming from the outside and wasn't a plumbing issue. But since they were here, they repaired 3 running toilets to fill up their hour appointment.

Eileen was a pleasure to work with on the phone. Raciel was smart and professional. And Lucas was eager and bright. Highly recommend Brookland Plumbing!

Could not be more impressed with this business. I called because I was having an issue with the water hose feeding into my refrigerator. A woman called me back within a few hours (I think she is the wife of the plumber/owner), but I learned they don't service my location. Nonetheless, she offered to talk to the plumber/owner about my issue and give me guidance on how to proceed. She got back to me that same day letting me know the nature of the repair needed to ensure I didn't get over charged by someone else. There was nothing in it for them - they just wanted to help. What great customer service (even for non-customers). In the process, she did share their rates with me and they were definitely lower than other people I had called. Highly recommend.
