I was given the number from a very good friend. Laura (or was it Linda?) called back quickly and scheduled a $95 consultation for the next day. Edgar showed up promptly 830am. He was very pleasant and told a few jokes to break the ice. He assessed the problem but refused to discuss price. I was fine with that but wanted to ask questions to get a better idea how to handle the problem. Edgar seemed annoyed I had so many questions. Told me no matter how many ways I asked the question the answer was the same. Even my 29 year old son got offended overhearing how Edgar was speaking. He shoved the receipt in my face. I paid the consultation fee because that's what I agreed with Laura but Edgar's customer service was horrible and I'm not using their services. I'd rather loose $100 than to be disrespected in my own house. The one star is for Laura/Linda. She was apologetic and understanding.

i paid 350 for notheing. My shower tub is the problem but instead my sink is the one they did even their is no problem with the sink.

Highly recommend to avoid them.. First time my sewer was backed up, they came, told me one price and then started to try to rip me off.. They wanted to do camera check, vacuum, etc.. So instead of 125, they said 250..? For simple sewer cleanup?.. I told them I am going to pay only 125, since we agreed upon that sum initially.. So they did the job and it was fine.. Recently I wanted to install storm drain and ask them to come out and clean up my yard drain. I wanted to make sure that there's no blockage there, before connecting the storm drain system. They came did the clean up, said that there was a piece of plastic there.. So I connected my storm drain to the yard drain, knowing that everything is fine.. Month later there was a heavy rain, water strted to come out to the basement from the yard drain.. Obviously, there was a blockage in the yard drain, that wasn't cleared by them.. I called them to come and fix it.. Since it wasn't cleared properly 1st time.. They said they going to charge me 125 just for looking at it..? Ridiculous.. Also they very rude and pushy.. Not sure how are they still in business.. AVOID.. You'll thank later..

My mom needed a plumber, the person she normally uses didn't show up for an appointment for the second time. Since my dad died, she has had to deal with all these things...and it can be very stressful for her. She has no computer so this was a phonebook find! After booking the appointment, Mike showed up at my mom's house. He fixed what he could and talk to her about what needed to be done and put her mind at ease. After he left she called to tell me how wonderful he was and how she was so happy she found Bronx Sewer Rotter Service. Thank you!

Called for backed up sewer , came within 30 mins of talking to them was very quick & efficient,reasonable price for doing it ,I would definitely call them again but I hope I won't need to
