Can't say enough great things about Broken Pipe Plumbing! We had managed to stack up a bunch of plumbing needs and finally looked up reviews of local plumbers and saw the amazing reviews for this company. I left Wayne a message and he got back to me the next day and scheduled us quickly. Jaiden came out today and was so polite, professional, and knowledgable - he fixed what we thought was a destroyed garbage disposal, replaced another that hasn't worked for the entire 5 years we've been in our house, and discovered a cap that was left on a bathtub overflow drain (supposed to be removed when trim was installed) that was the culprit for years of slow draining. We will be calling only them for our future plumbing needs. :)

Wayne and Jaiden are fantastic. Multiple neighbors recommended Broken Pipe Plumbing about a year ago and they have since become our go-to plumbers when things die in our house as it hits the 10-year-mark.

They've come out multiple times now to fix a broken toilet line, a dead shower cartridge, a kitchen faucet, and a garbage disposal. They always explain what needs doing and what it will cost up front - no surprises. They're skilled, efficient, reliable, and we will definitely keep calling them!

Wayne and Jaiden replaced our main shut-off valve, added a pressure reducer, replaced the irrigation valve, vacation valve, and one outside hydrant. They were prompt, efficient, and a pleasure to have working inside our home. Jayden was careful and meticulous in arranging the layout of all of the new materials. The result was a very neat and functional installation.

This is the second time we have had Wayne in our home to help us. The first time he helped us troubleshoot some back up and odor issues on the second floor and the experience was so great (he is friendly, fairly priced and knows his stuff!) that we had him back today to install a kitchen faucet. How to summarize? I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom caused by a contractor who decided the best place to plug two nails into new baseboard was right through the intake pipe for my toilet. Did not notice the issue for 11 months, after the nails corroded and a slow leak soaked into my bathroom wall and also dripped down to my main floor kitchen. Whether or not he could fix it from the bathroom level or if it would require access through the kitchen was touch and go. But he advised me from the start the best and worst case scenarios and had pricing ready for either. He did not pull rates from the air, he had a book with set prices, so no surprises. As luck would have it, he was able to fix it from the bathroom and only took 2 hours or so.
