I am in the process of a home remodel and Hugo has been a major asset along the way. Some of the work he has done includes the installation of a new sink and bathtub, drain work, and running the water connection for an ice maker. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I appreciate how he always takes the time to educate me along the way as to what work is being done and the reason for it. Hugo has excellent communication skills, is very flexible, and always responds quickly. I have referred Hugo to other family members who have also been pleased with his work and prices. We had our Washing Machine and Kitchen Sink back up the day before Christmas Eve. We called Hugo, who responded very quickly and we were scheduled for the 26th (he was willing to come out on Christmas Day, but we felt that wasn't fair to him, so we asked for the next day). Our house was so messy from all the holiday craziness, and Hugo came in, worked around the mess, never complained and had a great vibe about him. He was honest, worked quickly, and had a positive attitude the whole time. The work was done on both drains after about 1 hour. The cost was very affordable. I've since saved his contact information in my phone under ""Plumber"". If I ever should need a plumber again, I'm going with Broke Plumbing. And I highly recommend that you do too. Thanks Hugo!

I hired Hugo of Broke Plumbing to replace an expansion tank (water heater safety tank) that had leaked. Not only did he replace my expansion tank, but he vacuumed excess water from the spill pan and helped relight the pilot light as part of the service. He was responsive and was accommodating to my schedule. He knows his craft and explained what he was doing. Hugo is personable and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Hugo came to our residence to install a new water heater. We called in the morning and he was able to come out that afternoon. He installed a new water heater and all of the fittings took away the old one. He completed the job remarkably fast and it looked amazing upon completion. Very professionally done!! He was priced below other companies in the area. I would definitely recommend his services if you have need of plumbing repair.
