Had an appointment with Brogdon on a Friday they called last minute to reschedule to Tues and then never showed up. I called and left several messages and no return call. Go with someone more dependable I know we are!

Earlier this week, I had called Brogdon to come out and back flush a on-demand hot water heater they installed in our home back in 2021. When I spoke with their office staff, there was nothing said about an two hour minimum @ $150.00/hr and the fee to back flush the unit. Also we were having a problem with the check value on the unit and we thought it may needed to be replaced, which was communicated with Eric from their new home installation team. When the tech came out, is when we found out about the 2 hour minimum and the tech did not have the check value. They went ahead and charged a $200.00 fee to back flush and the 2 hours. I had prior bids to have the same thing done by another company for 55% less. But we went with Brogdon, thinking that since they had done our original build out, they would take care of us. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL $$ QUOTES UP FRONT. WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BROGDON PLUMBING AGAIN

We had Brogdon come to our house to fix a leak in our bathtub. We had to remove the tub, giving Brogdon ample room and time to fix the leak and install the tub. After 5 trips, the tub was finally installed but the faucet handles needed extender, which was never done, and the origin leak is still there! We have made numerous attempts to contact them to fix it but have not heard back from them. we should have learned after the first 2 trips that they are sloppy and didn't care about doing at least a decent job. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

For years my family has counted on Brogdon. They have always shown up, done excellent and sometimes very difficult work. Joe is great at diagnosing problems quickly, and Lucas and his helper Michael replaced 2 pairs of cutoff valves that were frozen, replaced a water heater, and installed a new faucet! this was all done by lunchtime! I do appreciate them!

I had my water heater replaced. I called 3 other companies before Brogdon and none showed up. I should've started with Brogdon. They were on time, professional and did a great job at a fair price.

Charged us $150 to come over and tap on a pipe on our tankless water heater. Didn't fix problem. Came back next day and cleaned out a filter (no charge.) Problem still not fixed. I recommend Knoxville Plumbing.

I called Brogdon Plumbing because my water heater was broken. They sent a plumber out in less than an hour, and the technician was very polite and friendly. I could not be happier with the service I received from this company. I highly recommend them.
