Bill has take care of my antique Andover home on countless plumbing and heating jobs. Best of all, he always starts the conversation with doing the simplest and most affordable solution first. While other plumbers pushed me hard to rip apart and renovate my entire bathroom for re-piping, bill came in at half the other estimates and got the job done without removing any of the antique touches to my bathroom that make it one of a kind.

Cast iron pipe removal, water line updates, steam boiler replacement -- bill is a pro at this stuff. His Forman Chris and the rest of the team are also fantastic. And because they're located in town, travel time is minimal.

The fact that he's lived in Andover for decades really shows in how he runs his business. He's about long terms relationships/customers, and not just making a quick buck. This is your best bet for quality plumbing in Andover.

He's a decent enough plumber, and his rates are reasonable, but he is impossible to reach.....he simply does not return texts or calls. Don't use this guy if you expect him to get back to you. Says he's ""busy"", as if he's the only busy person on earth. We're ALL busy, right Bill?!!! WTF! He can't even muster a simple text reply ""will get back to you at the end of the day""....nothing. He just blows you off....so rude! He has no human decency regarding basic communication skills.....HORRIBLE! I'd give him zero stars if I could!!! Run away from this guy!!!

As one of the lucky 8600 to be affected by the gas explosions in the Merrimack valley, we were in for the long haul with no heat or hot water. After a week of cold showers and ""house hopping "", I decided it's time for temporary electric water heater. He has rave reviews on Facebook so I thought I'd call him. He answered the phone immediately during the day (I could tell he was working), couldn't have been more helpful and patient answering all my questions and scheduled me in for two days later. The two plumbers he sent were extremely professional, efficient (done in one hour), providing excellent customer service. Not to mention they cleaned up their work area not leaving anything behind for me!! Although he could've as some are doing due to the supply and demand of their services, there was NO price gauging as had been reported by some. It's hard to find honest tradesmen these days. I recommend them highly!!!!!

We recently renovated our house. Brogan Plumbing and Heating did all of the plumbing work for us. This included two bathrooms, a new kitchen, all of the forced hot water heating system, new furnace and hot water heater, redirecting our washing machine. He was reliable and did the work on time as promised. We had one problem with a leaky pipe in the bathroom. He fixed it the day we contacted him. We recommend him to everyone who asks.

I paid the owner, Bill Brogan over $100 to fix a leak in my hot water heater. After he left, it continued to leak. I've left 7 voice mail messages but he has not called back.
