I had a bad experience with Brodway. They came to clear a sewer drain at my Orlando home. The tech took several hours and charged $450 without informing me that it would be that much. I found out from my tenant that they left the blockage debris like sanitary pads in my yard. Ten days later the drain clogged up again, with human waste backing into the shower. It was unbearable. I called Brodway and they refused to warranty their work. I had to hire another plumber who discovered that there was an uncleared blockage in the drain line. To summarize, for me Brodway was incompetent, not open about service costs, and they don't back up their work.

Professional, knowledgeable and kind. This company is by far the best general contractor/plumbing company we've experienced. They started on our project just a few short days after initial contact. Completed the job in a timely manner and waiting for an addition 20 minutes to ensure the new hot water heaters were working appropriately. We just had Leo and Gary come out and get the roots out our pipes. Starting with Gabe in the office, to talking with the lead tech, to working with the two guys that came out, we had an amazing experience. From the time we called to the time they left, completely finished and cleaned up, was 5 hours. This was after waiting over two weeks for a quote from our """"first choice"""". Never again, Broadway is choice number 1 always from now on. Gary gave us business cards and we will be telling our neighbors about them. Very thankful. Would give 10 stars if I could. We had some repairs to do in the plumbing of our kitchen sink in order to install a new dishwasher and we contracted Brodway Contracting & Plumbing. On our fist call, Roy was understanding of what needed to be done and they came as soon as possible, following our availability. Both Bryan and Gary were very professional, protecting themselves with masks and did the job swiftly. They even helped us with a couple of minor adjustments in the restrooms and shower. Also, when I had an issue with a discount from a website, they explained how they had applied to the bill and were very polite overall. Will be hiring them again for any plumbing job for our rental property in Kissimmee.

If I could give Roy and his Team 100 stars, I would. I had a different plumber come out to my home prior to contacting Broadway Plumbing regarding low hot water pressure throughout my home and they determined that it was lime and calcium build up (more thank likely due to the age of our water heater which was 17 years old). They quoted me $1400. I called several different plumbers for quotes and even got a quote from lowes; all quoted between $1250-$1800. I called Broadway Plumbing and spoke with Roy. He was friendly and genuinely helpful. He was able to get a technician out the next day (today). The technician (I don't remember his name, ugh) was so friendly and efficient. He replaced the old heater and replaced it (with one 10 gallons bigger & at no extra cost) within about an hour. The heater came with a 6 year warranty and the total between the unit and labor was about $1k. It's saved me several hundreds of dollars (might not mean a lot to some but it means a lot to a single mom)! I know who I will be reaching out to for all future plumbing needs. Thank you so much Roy and Technician (sorry I forgot your name, lol) for a job well done!

The plumbing service provided was good, but cost was higher than I expected for the type of repair. I do think the company cares about taking care of their customers, and they reached out to me to improve the situation. We discussed that they should have done more to size the project up front instead of immediately sending two plumbers at the higher hourly rate.

These guys are pros. Installed my hybrid water heater and I was impressed! They are trained by the manufacturer, professional, prompt and clean. The techs wore masks, gloves and took payment electronically. Great team!

When it was time to replace my almost-15-year-old water heater, I had to make several decisions. One was the type of water heater I wanted. After doing some digging around online I decided that a hybrid heat pump water heater would be my best choice. I called 7 companies for estimates. 3 of them didn't want to be bothered. The other 4 gave me written estimates. To be fair, I believe any one of those 4 companies would have done a good job for me. But I chose Brodway Contracting for the job. They were the first to respond to my request, their price was awesome, their communication was fantastic and the guys they had to install the water heater were amazing After the installers left, the unit malfunctioned. I called right away, left a message, and got an almost immediate response -- and this was well after business hours. It turned out to be a bad circuit board -- but Brodway was right on it and had it fixed the next day. The level of service I received from Broadway was just amazing. From start to finish I am super happy with them, and with my new water heater. I'll definitely do business with them again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
