I had an issue with a newly installed A/C (was installed by someone else). It was the middle of summer, so a busy time for them, but they got a technician out right away. He was able to help me troubleshoot it in a very fair manner. The gentlemen was very nice and it was an all around great experience. A month later I realized that I lost my receipt and called them asking for a copy of it. They were incredibly nice and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I agree with the writer who described poor customer service. My family has been longtime customers. My elderly mother wrote a check to pay for services and made an error. The woman who called was extremely rude to my mother and said the company would no longer accept checks for payment. The error was for six dollars which my parents would have happily paid in cash. There is no excuse for rudeness to clients. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! The woman who answers the phone is so rude. I have never dealt with a company like this. DO NOT USE THEM! They say they are coming to your house and don't show up and said they called when we never received a missed call or voicemail. Also left a bad review on their Facebook and they deleted it and blocked me. They honestly are the worst.

Tech that came to house was great, professional and courtesy. But women fielding calls, are absolutely miserable. usually don't write reviews but had to say, will never use again just based on the phone edict, rude, short and just plain miserable to speak with

Great service and competent technicians. Called after hours on one of the hottest days of the year for A/C service. Got a call at 7:30 the next morning and Brian the technician was at the house by 9:30. Problem solved for under $200. Highly recommend Brodeur and Sons.!!
