I asked the plumber Dave, of Brock's plumbing to check on a leak at my vacation cabin. It took a few weeks to get the communication straight that I really needed this done. He said it would be $185 to evaluate the issue. I wrote a check and sent it after getting off the phone. I verified that he received the check a few days later. He told me it was a minor problem and verified that when the water was turned back on his repair stopped the leak. A few weeks later my wife checked on the leak. The water was still turned off at the street. I called the plumber and asked how he had checked on the leak if the water was still off. He told me that the water was on when he had finished the repair. I called the property owners association to have them turn the water back on, which they did. My wife checked on the repair a few days later and found his repair to have failed and water soaking the bathroom floor and and out into the garage.

It is my feeling that this plumber did a sloppy, ineffective repair. Ok, that happens. Additionally, however, I don't believe him when he said he had the water turned back on and made sure the repair was watertight. We tried to contact him again but he did not return my calls. I question the honesty and integrity and competency of this man. My advice: STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY !

Dave, from Brock's Plumbing, did an excellent job with our recent water heater issues. He is highly trained, very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and made the repair. Hooray for hot water!! We highly recommend Dave and this business. We will call Brock's for any and all plumbing needs in the future. You should, too!
