Refreshingly honest. Also quick to respond and knowledgable. He came to help unplug our very old bathtub and he could have told us we needed all new plumbing or something else expensive. Instead he just pointed out that someone had turned the handle to plug the tub for a bath.

We called him back a few weeks later for a leak that had resulted in turning off the water for the entire house. He showed up in less than 12 hours, fixed it, and gave us a discount.

Andrew was detailed and efficient. A waterline burst in our home. We needed to redirect the line and also replaced our water heater.
