Brock was able to come and diagnose a strange leak we had in our garage. Not only that, but during his inspection he also identified a potentially costly broken sewer pipe and broken pipe hangers in the crawl space under our house. He obtained the parts, came back the next business day, and fixed everything in less than two hours! He did all of this with a friendly demeanor and at an affordable price. We are beyond ANGRY and DISAPPOINTED in Brock!! He arrived today (Sunday) and quoted us $150-200 to fix a small leak in the water pipe in our attic. We noticed it because the ceiling in the room was brown and dripping. He spent 30 min in our attic. He explained that although he fixed the leak, he saw some green residue on another portion of the copper pipe. That is evidence that something is wrong. He assured us that we had time ""about a year"" before we would have to fix that. He charged us $300 for 30 minutes. Within 20 minutes, those green spots began to leak so we called him back but he refused to return and help us until tomorrow! It's very hard to live without water for that long so we had to call someone else. Brock failed us and we are very disappointed about it!

Outstanding! Arrived 15 minutes early. Had a clogged kitchen sink. Brock took the first step of trying to blow the clog out with high pressure water. This required him to redo plumbing under the sink. Fortunately this worked. he then repaired the leak under an island sink...it was from a 35 year old garbage disposal. The work was done professionally and correctly. Brock works fast. He is very pleasant He runs his own business and has 30 years of experience. I know he'll be there for us if there is an added issue. And his prices are very reasonable. Competence+ his own business+ reasonable pricing+timeliness = You cannot go wrong. He has my highest endorsement.

I called him to look at a leaking fireplace gas isolation valve and he came a few days later right on time. He did the work 2 days later and managed to complete the job in much shorter time than estimated and charged a very reasonable price. Would use him again for any plumbing work.
