This is my second time using Britton WW and I could not be an happier than I am today. They got here within an hour and took care of my issue immediately! This past spring, they replaced all of the pipes under my house and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend them. The owner is actually who came out to take care of the issue so I knew I was in great hands!

Amazing company!!! Very attentive and communicative, came out quickly to diagnose the problem and had an even faster response time to get everything back up and running. Zelena and her team are awesome, hopefully we won't have any plumbing issues any time soon, but if we do it will be to Britton Waterworks will be the 1st call made.

We had an issue with our new tankless water heater that another company installed less than 2 years ago, Britton Waterworks was the local trusted partner with Rheem, and I see why!!! Mr. Brown came out the same night, diagnosed the problem and was able to get parts quicker than going directly with the warranty and get out hot water back on in no time.

If you are looking for a reputable and fair plumbing company, look no further... Britton Waterworks is it!!!

We did not use Britton Waterworks but I felt compelled to write this review to explain why. They ask for a deposit upfront on their estimate of "labor only" fees. Even though they have ordered nothing yet. On top of that they want to charge another 4% surcharge if you don't Venmo the deposit to them or drive a check to their office. What? So, you are on the hook labor charges (they ask you to sign off on the labor charges) + 4% possibly before you know the full cost of the job. Also, we we're asking for several different tasks and they wouldn't give us a cost per task. Only a total $#. We ended up using another company that charged much less, no deposit and did a terrific job.

We used them once before many years ago for a clogged line and they were fairly good besides not cleaning up their mess. So we called them again later to test our lines and find the breaks in the pipes under our house. I will never hire this company again. I'm not shocked that there are so many 1 star reviews here followed by David's sorry excuses. They are rude and either don't know what their doing or we're trying to scam us. We ended up getting a second opinion and Britton Plumbing was wrong about how many pipe breaks we had and they were wrong about where the breaks were under the house. Britton plumbing wanted to bust out the tile floors and through the foundation of my half bath rather than dig to the problem. I'm glad we didn't use BP because the company we hired dug and found 3 breaks throughout the lines and they were NOT directly under our half bath or anywhere near where BP said it was so that would've been a HUGE mess. Also, their explanations of their scope of work didn't make sense so something didn't feel right. Hence the second opinion. They were also very rude when we didn't understand what they supposedly found and couldn't explain it properly. Now we know why. They were full of crap!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!
These crooks quoted $225 to install my gas-log assembly BASED ON A COMPLETE SET OF PICTURES that I emailed them of the assembly AT THEIR REQUEST. They then had me e-sign a full contract and collected a $125 deposit to schedule the work. The technician arrived today, took one look at the EXACT hardware from the pictures that I sent them, and immediately proclaimed that the only thing that he was here to do was to 'connect the gas line.' That proclamation started a 30-minute quagmire of hostile phone calls with Company leadership that resulted in their sending the technician home with NO WORK BEING PERFORMED, and further resulted in their repeatedly shaming me for my anger given that there were other customers in the area with broken pipes and no water from the recent ice storm that they were somehow ignoring in order to provide me with the service that THEY scheduled for today. They have further refused to refund the $125 deposit and move on from this terrible situation, suggesting that I take even more time off of work to meet them at the house at a later date for the install that they should have performed today per the contract to which we agreed in writing. So, I'm out $125, I've taken off unnecessary time from work, I have been treated like crap by an unprofessional business, and I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!

Multiple pipes burst on Tuesday night.. thankfully, we had the presence of mind to turn off the water main. We caught most of the water that leaked and started calling plumbers. I lost count of the amount we called.. put on lists with some and sent to voicemail countless times only to find the mailboxes full. Found Britton WaterWorks through a NextDoor recommendation and gave them a shot. The owner answered and spent 20 minutes talking to me about our situation. They showed up Saturday morning to assess and completed the work today.. meanwhile, haven't heard back from any of the plumbers we got put on the list for.. Britton WaterWorks has earned our business for as long as we're in the area. Thank you Zelena, Alan, Josh, and David so so much!!

The most unprofessional company I have ever used in my life. Supervisor likes to argue over the phone and personally attack you.

The. Best. Plumbing. Company. I had a leak in my house and I called them to troubleshoot on what to do. They got back to me within a minute and walked me through the entire process. I don't know what I would have done if they didn't reply since it was late. Go to them for all your plumbing needs. Do not hesitate. Just call them!
