Multiple pipes burst on Tuesday night.. thankfully, we had the presence of mind to turn off the water main. We caught most of the water that leaked and started calling plumbers. I lost count of the amount we called.. put on lists with some and sent to voicemail countless times only to find the mailboxes full. Found Britton WaterWorks through a NextDoor recommendation and gave them a shot. The owner answered and spent 20 minutes talking to me about our situation. They showed up Saturday morning to assess and completed the work today.. meanwhile, haven't heard back from any of the plumbers we got put on the list for.. Britton WaterWorks has earned our business for as long as we're in the area. Thank you Zelena, Alan, Josh, and David so so much!!

The. Best. Plumbing. Company. I had a leak in my house and I called them to troubleshoot on what to do. They got back to me within a minute and walked me through the entire process. I don't know what I would have done if they didn't reply since it was late. Go to them for all your plumbing needs. Do not hesitate. Just call them!

This is the second time I try this company out. The first time was a couple years back and they didn't know how to test a shower pan - which caused a leak and drywall damage.

Nevertheless, I am all about supporting a small business, as I run a business myself as a General Contractor.

My regular plumber had a family emergency and was not able to show up to check a leak under a toilet. I figured it was a simple wax ring issue.

I contacted Zelena and was able to fit me in for 4:30-7:30. BUT before they can confirm you on the schedule, you have to sign a bunch of stuff AND pay a deposit. My client made sure to be home by 4:30. I must have texted them too much to ask for an ETA since they later stated that I "nagged and complained too much. I was getting probably more messages from my client asking for an ETA, and I was happy to respond, because at the end if the day, my client is the #1 priority for me, and their time is just as valuable as mine.

They showed up past 8pm and sure enough - it was the wax ring and the flange needed to be replaced - simple problem, very common.

I had to wait for the next day to get another quote and I asked to make sure they would be able to fix it by 4/5pm, as I did not want my client up past 8pm waiting on them, and I had a drywall crew scheduled for next day. They said there were no guarantees until they had a signed agreement. Fine - I signed it. When I asked for a timeframe, they basically said they were doing me a favor and getting me on schedule because they were actually booked until after Thanksgiving. That's the #1 mistake contractors make - taking on more than they can handle. At this point, I was not confident they would show up and I told them to cancel the agreement as I did not want to have to deal with a no show or showing up past 5pm.

They responded by saying they would rather not work with me because I "nag and complain" too much.

Their lack of professionalism is appalling.

The technician/owner, David, showed up with a mask, but it was well below his nose. I paid for a consult (per hour) and he was on the phone talking about another job while he was here. The next day different technicians showed up to replace the pipe and caused a hole in the sheetrock/ceiling by dropping the pipe. When I asked about the hole, the owner was very belligerent with me on the phone. He talked over me and would not let me get a word in. He originally said he wasn't responsible for the sheetrock, but as I tried to explain, the pipe that was dropped by the technician caused the hole in the sheetrock and the ceiling and that he should want to be sure his customers were happy with the work, customer service. He told me I could not give him any advice. The The owner, David, was the original technician that came out on the first day and I specially asked if he was coming back to complete the job and he said Yes. The did put something to close the hole but didn't match the texture.

David - learn how to provide GOOD Customer Service, for return business and recommendations. And Advice is sometimes good to at least listen to (I've been in customer services for many years.)

Zelena was great, very friendly.. she accommodated me a same day appointment, a Time-frame that worked for me, so kudos! They performed a drain cleaning which was done ..no complaints there. While perfoming services, the tech informed me that I was missing the plastic nuts to the drain rod. When I asked for the cost, he explained that he'll have to get a quote from the office. When he was done with the drain cleaning, the office called, I could hear the lady on the phone telling the tech to let her know if I wanted the additional services. Before leaving I ask for a quote and the tech said the office will call and email a quote because he had to go. I asked if I would have to pay an additional trip charge he stated most likely. I hired professional company, that charges professional fees so I can receive professional service. At no point was I asking for free services, on the contrary I wanted the job on my sink completed. I ended up purchasing the $6 part at Home Depot and had someone else install the part. Needless to say, I'm disappointed at the lack of customer service given by your tech.

A really good installer came and did exceptional work. Very nice, polite, and considerate person. The process of how he was directed to not start work upon arrival was not. I had to wait nearly an hour before I discoverd, that they need to be paid an additional $105 (in full) in additional to the $75 I paid up front.

The work was done very well once started, and I am happy with install completed.

If $75 up front was not enough to get started upon arrival, they should let the customer know ahead of time.

I won't do business with them again, unless they change their practices, and apologize.
