I gave them 1 star because that is the lowest possible score. I was charged $60.00 for a service charge when all the plumber did was walk around the ""outside"" of my house and tell me there wasn't anything he could do to un-clog my main sewer drain line. Another company came the very next day and had the problem completely fixed in 2 hours! I will never call Britton Plumbing again.
