Brittingham arrived early in the expected timeframe and the technician was able to completely reoutfit the rusted connectors and gaskets on our toilet within an hour. He also replaced a flapper on a second toilet. Brittingham has always provided quick, reasonable service for us and we have been using them at least 20 years-excellent company.

The plumber did a fine job of replacing a leaking gas valve and re-routing 5 feet of gas line. Took him several hours and was charged 435.00. When i asked why so high, he said because this company is a 5th generation plumbing co. So then why is it that i gave them a check on Nov. 22nd and they still have not cashed it. I called after Thanksgiving and they said they would find the check and call me back. Now week 3 i called and the woman at the office said that her desk looks like a cyclone hit it. (She does not realize that she could be speaking to other office professional people who know that is a no-no excuse) She said if she had time she would get the check to the bank by Wednesday. I also asked her why she can't do a remote deposit, and I guess they are not operating in this century. Today is Wednesday 12/8 and still not deposited my check. This company is pitiful.

Huge water leak outside of home. Tried several plumbers but no one available same day. Called and left a message for Brittingham plumbing. They called back within minutes and had a plumber out here within 1/2 hour, same day. Elliot did a great job and the what I was charged was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Will never use this plumber again. Had an appointment May 7, 2019 from 12 - 2 pm to fix a leaking pipe that my pest control man found when he inspected for termites! 3 pm no plumber! Called the office and they said he was tied up on another job. Finally arrived at 5 pm. Never went under house but shined light under and said sink was not hooked up to drain lines. He said office would contact me next day. I had to call them. Came out on Friday but left never going under house. Fired them and got another plumber to fix leaking pipe. Now they send me a bill for after hours service that was their fault not mine! """"0"""" rating! Do not use them!

I hired these people to replace a simple broken spigot on the side of my house. They charged me $175 for what should've been a $90 job at the most. The plumbing techs stood around and talked to me about a bunch of random stuff and then charged me for that time plus more! I feel that is dishonest. The quality of work was good but the price was ridiculous. I suggest if you're going to do business with these folks that you get an estimate ahead of time and hold them to it.

He arrived 30 minutes late, right after he called to say he was in the way. Had a chip on his shoulder and rude right away. Refused to wear a mask, went back to his van get his own mask with his nose out. Refused to use hand sanitizer saying he didn't believe in them. Sarcastic remarks about how do we really believe masks work. He offered to leave, so my 70 year old husband told him go ahead and leave our property. Seems he could have used the money. Tail light out on his van that sounded like it was ready to fall apart.

I have a two year old house and the plumber broke a pressure valve, which I was then responsible for paying. I called the office 4 times to speak to someone and was told that I would receive a call back. I never received a call back for three weeks. I called again and asked to speak to someone regarding the charge but was told that my house has """"old pipes and sometimes these things happen"""". Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
