I was referred to this company by my regular plumber who was too busy to handle the job I had. The Office manager Candy is just plain rude. They were late each time they came. The workers made numerous mistakes. They refused to honor their proposal because I did not sign it at the time they wanted. just awful. I ended up firing them and using another company.

I own a duplex in Pompano Beach and both sides were backed up in showers and sinks. Brite Future came out, went on the roof and snaked both sides, cost $225.00. Nobody inspected either apartment for problems. Two months later same problem and Brite Future quoted me $225.00 for same service. I asked for a reduction because they had done the same thing two months previously and they refused and quoted me an additional 50.00 for weekend service. I immediately called another company and got a much better deal and better attitude.

The first plumber who came to fix a backing-up problem in our kitchen turned out to be incompetent and in a hurry to leave, while the company resent one that's quite efficient. Customer service at the company needs some improvement. Staff/managers answering the phone could be speaking more professionally and effectively. Just because it is a small business, customer care standards shouldn't be compromised. Had an issue with the office but worked out eventually.

The plumbing job was done correctly. Other than that, Brite Future Plumbing was very unfavorable. They gave me a one-hour service window, but arrived late. The plumber took the lid off the flush tank to estimate the repair, and immediately tore out the flapper valve and started for the tower; I said, """"stop and give me an estimate."""" I believe the destruction before the estimate was intended to obligate me to repair immediately. The plumber gave me an estimate of $125, but refused to take the 15% off coupon from the web page. I found this company by searching Google for """"miami plumber."""" The invoice identifies the Davie, FL address as stated on the Yelp page. There are a number of """"Brite Future Plumbing"""" physical addresses. On the web page, the company I used had the local phone number, """"305-231-0609."""" On the invoice, the company had a phone number with the area code """"954,"""" as on the Yelp page. I know nothing of other locations with this company name.

We came across a plumbing issue in our home. There was an apparent blockage that resulted in all our plumbing WASTE redirecting into our master bedroom shower. My husband and I were unfamiliar with any reputable plumbing companies. I went online and """"googled"""" nearby plumbing companies. I saw Brite Future had 2 reviews as well as a few others. I'm always a little skeptical with reviews because I always believe some companies leave their own reviews or their friends/relatives. I digress, I called three companies and Brite was the only one to respond promptly. Within two hours, plumber Chuck was at our home. He was able to clear our lines and also educated us a little on things we can practice to avoid future blockage. So not only was the customer service great the price was also reasonable! I had appointment set up and no one showed up noone called. When i called office at 510 it went to answering service who said emergency plumber would call within 30 minutes, little surprise no one called. The next morning i called their office to speak with an extremely rude arrogant woman who wouldnt let me speak and kept saying im wrong they were there and they called and no one answered phone or door save yourself the time and headache and dont use this company the people dont realize they are in the business of """"customer service"""" i feel bad giving them 1 star because i cant give zero. Horrible company.
