I am so happy I found Dennis as he is honest, reliable and very fair when it comes to pricing. He uses quality products to insure that his work will last for years and explains why a problem developed in the first place. Once you find Dennis the Brit you won't need to go anywhere else. My only complaint, (not really a complaint), is that too many people know how wonderful Dennis is so he may take a day or two to get to you. But that just goes to show me that I'm not alone in my appreciation for his expertise and workmanship.

I had a problem with my water pressure regulator which was causing my water heater to be leaking water from the temperature/pressure release valve...and Dennis came and fixed it in no time at all. Other plumbers I've dealt with resolve symptoms, charge an exorbitant amount, and I may have the same issues again at later dates. Not Dennis. His customer service exceeds expectations and his knowledge and experience saves a lot of time and money. Dennis takes the time to explain the process and makes sure the issue is 100% taken care of. The best ever. I've had a few plumbers come to my place and they just snaked the pipe. But I knew it wasn't solving the problem because it kept reoccurring. So I called Britannia as a friend referred Dennis. Sure enough, he knew the root cause and fixed the main pipe which was completely corroded and would eventually burst. The other plumbers quoted outrageous prices and outlandish solutions but Dennis knows his stuff. Very reasonably priced and I know with confidence the issue is solved for good. He's simply the go to guy for plumbing!
