The plumber's came to my parents house to repair a leak. My parents are over 65. We asked them to wear masks, and they refused.

Their work is decent, but I do not think they should be entering home after home without wearing masks.

Also their boots tracked dirt around the house. We had to mop the floor after they left. They do not have shoe covers.

My recent experience with Dan Peter of Bristol Plumbing is the most refreshing display of professionalism that I have had in years. He is not only masterful in his craft, but extraordinarily knowledgeable and pleasant. I was caught in a dilemma in which a technician for Delmarva Power and Gas had incorrectly reported that lots of underground work would be necessary to re-establish gas service to my home. Without much advance notice, Dan not only completed an independent assessment which ultimately proved that the prior technician was wrong, but he empowered me by educating me about the process. Once the initial tests were done, he kept me constantly updated as he pulled permits and ensured that all the necessary work was completed promptly. I know that I would not have had the favorable outcome without Dan' s attention to detail. Without a doubt, Dan Peter and Bristol Plumbing are the BEST!!!!!
