We had a clog in our main plumbing line and we called Brison's Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend and we are so glad we did. After we called them, They were at our house in an hour working on our problem. Matt was professional and knowledgeable and very thorough with his work. Their pricing was very fair and affordable. I highly recommend Brison's plumbing, they will be my go to company when I'm in any need of plumbing services. Thank you for all your help!

Really disappointed. I worked with him for several years for all my plumbing needs and had no problem. He was always polite and reasonably priced. Then, recently, I asked him to fix something fairly minor and he told me I had to replace my entire (new) disposal and that my problem was because of my "broken" (new) dishwasher (it wasn't). He took my money as a "diagnostic" fee to tell me that there was nothing he could do and ran off. When, the dishwasher repairman finally looked at the dishwasher, he said it was a minor problem that required a minor repair by the plumber, not him. I asked Brison to come back since he already took my money and he blocked my calls. What happened to him?!?

I called Brison's plumbing to unclog a drain. We had an established time for them to show up, but then at the last minute they called to cancel and never came at all. Although they canceled, they still charged me $95 for the reservation. After repeated calls to takeoff the $95 from my credit card they still haven't done that after three weeks. I asked them to send a check instead for the refund and still haven't received a check. I would be cautious about making appointment with this company. in my opinion, they should not charge the client until their service people arrive at the work location.

Woke up on the morning of New Year's Eve to find that we had a clogged toilet. We tried a plunger and a snake, but to no avail. Decided we had to call a plumber. I must have called at least 10 companies. One answered the phone and after I explained my situation, he said he wasn't working that day. I then spoke with a national company who said they would be happy to come out and I was given a 4 hour window. I asked if I could be provided with a range of what it would cost to unclog a toilet. I told the woman that I understood that the fees may vary depending on the extent of the job. I didn't think this was an unreasonable request, however, the woman said she could not quote any fees and that only the technician who came out could quote fees. I then asked if I could speak with a technician prior to coming out and was told, NO. I then called another company who had some great reviews and was told that if I wanted someone to come out the same day, it was considered an emergency and they needed me to understand that there was a $250 charge due upon arrival for plumbing diagnostic and water shut down. The woman I spoke with also said that they have a minimum first hour labor fee of $250. She sent me an email so I could approve the charges prior to having a technician come out. I was confused with the wording, so I emailed and also called for clarification. I asked her if, based on the email she sent me, if that meant I would have to pay $500 to simply unclog a toilet. She said it shouldn't cost that much, but couldn't give me any further explanation. As you can imagine, I was extremely frustrated at this point! The last call I made was to Brison's Plumbing. I wish it was the FIRST call I made! This is a PROFESSIONAL, NO NONSENSE, AT YOUR SERVICE kind of company. Jose was at my house within the hour and it took him maybe 5 minutes to unclog the toilet!! He was very professional and courteous and he obviously knew what he was doing! He was in and out of the house in no time! His fee was EXTREMELY reasonable and he was able to tell me EXACTLY what the cost would be prior to coming out. This is the 1st Yelp review I'm writing. I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I want all Honolulu residents to know about the exceptional experience I had with Jose at Brison's Plumbing and to call this company first if you ever have to deal with a clogged toilet! I was able to go to my New Year's Eve party in a great mood! Thanks again Jose!!

Brison Lagaret of Brison's Plumbing, Inc. more than exceeded our expectations. He was extremely responsive, even returning my call on a Sunday, the day after Christmas. Because I am recovering from a serious illness that prevents me from being able to walk or drive, Brison picked our new hot water heater up for us and unloaded it for the install. He did all of this without complaint, even though the heater weighed over 300 pounds. He muscled it across my yard, through 4 foot tall grass and weeds, to install it behind my house. Throughout the install, Brison was polite, friendly, and beyond helpful. I would strongly recommend hiring Brison's Plumbing, Inc. for any job, and will absolutely call on him again for any of my plumbing needs.

I'm VERY pleased with my experience using Brison's Plumbing. I sent him pictures of a pipe that had split and the clamp had broke on it.....it was in need of replacement. In one day he sent over an estimate ....very professional. Set an appointment for the work to be done. Brison and Shandon were prompt and dressed professionally and performed the work proficiently. I'm a very satisfied customer!!! I will keep them in mind for future plumbing work. Mahalo nui loa!!!!

Very happy with my plumbing experience with Brison.

In my opinion and experience, Brison - the owner - runs an honest business and does his best for his clients, to resolve any issues they may have.

Both Brison and Shandon attended to issues I had with a leaking shower faucet, cartridge,and broken sink drain cover that I had in my condo unit.

On his first visit, he diagnosed the issues and had the parts ordered to replace the fixtures. That did not take much of either of our times, as he knows what he is doing and what to look for.

On his second visit, he had Shandon replace the sink drain apparatus while he handled the shower issues. In no time, all my issues were resolved and I am a very happy customer.

Something I didn't mention was that the resident management for my building provided me with the wrong cartridge model which Brison obtained from the parts store. Though no fault of his own, Brison went ahead and got the right part to do the job.

I feel that Brison and his team go above and beyond to provide the know-how and the service to his customers.

I don't believe any negative reviews on here. There are two sides to every story, and based on my experience, I will always be on Brison's.
