They completely ruined the plumbing in our building! Ever since they lined our pipes the plumbing situation has been a nightmare. We have no water pressure and breaks like crazy. Also, the customer service is awful.

I engaged Brinks Services to epoxy line the domestic water lines on my 46 year old 9 unit apartment building which has had multiple under slab leaks in my 30 year ownership.

I have an extensive technical background in construction and consider myself an educated, demanding customer in the building trades arena. I thoroughly researched firms that perform this highly specialized work. There are only three.

After interviewing another company, and meeting the owner, Mr. Bill Brink, I felt most comfortable with his demeanor, presentation, track record, apparent integrity and competence. I'm glad I did as I've enjoyed a leak free experience since the procedure was completed.

His entire team was always early on arrival, diligent, competent and courteous, completing the extensive amount of work in a little more than one week, with only minor inconvenience to my many tenants.

I am happy to recommend Brinks Services to anyone interested in epoxy lining their pipes in lieu of the highly disruptive intrusion involved with re-piping.

It started as water dripping down the smoke pipe over range. Luckily we got Thomas Scott from Brinks Services to take care of this! A very skilled and professional plumbing engineer. Equipped with FLIR camera, he located the wet area of suspicion and opened up the dry wall to find out the pin hole in the L shape corner of the copper line supplying the cold water.

He was highly skilled to cut off the piece and soldered the replacement in just another half hr!

Contracted the Brinks group to come camera scope out my pipes. I paid them $250 for the service which they did but they never sent me the DVD or quote to repair the damage. I have followed up with the company 3 times and still have not received the DVD or a quote. At this point they have finished the original service which I paid and have left me hanging. I do not recommend this company.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They were at our place for two weeks to do a repipe and left an absolute mess. They even forgot to turn our water back on! Do me a favor and call Louie's plumbing in vista. They are super professional and will get the job done.

I referred my friend Julianne to Brinks plumbing because I knew they do camera service. They had a ridiculous quote from a plumber who I will not mention here but it was in the tune of $20,000.

Bill came out and did the whole thing for $1000 bucks, repaired a small section of the pipe. The other plumber try to do the whole house when only 2 feet was needed to be replaced. Bill thanks for being honest with my friends I'll recommend you to everybody.

Updated 10/10/2016: I couldn't believe it when Sarah from Brinks plumbing called me out of the blue to make sure everything was OK with the job they did for us a few months ago. I have never had a company call me back just to make sure the job went OK thank you Brinks plumbing

Really ripped us off. Told over the phone that leak detection for outdoor irrigation was min $250. But, also told us that if we used them to fix the leak, that 250 could go toward the repair. Guy came and found a wet spot on the ground in less than 10 minutes. He pointed to the ground, collected his 250 and left without actually finding the leak (it was several feet away) and without even offering to repair. I called back and was told that their rep would call me to provide an estimate. Never happened. I won't be using them again.
