Horrible customer service! We paid $250.00 (that included a $100 discount) for a plumbing report and got it 2 days late. They didn't provide a report and just said ""everything is ok"". We paid for a video inspection and when we asked for it Mo told us that the camera was ""broken"" and they would have to go back out. Talk about bait and switch! This company is a rip off. Save your money and look elsewhere. I know I will!

The relationship may have started out on the wrong foot, but I think my mind has been completely made up, where I would be willing to be a refrencable customer. In fact, I have just booked additional services with brinks for next week. Richard was knowledgeable, he was quick, and he went the extra mile to ensure I was well educated on relevant things to me such as how Water pressure works with a water Softener in place. As such I am readjusting my review to reflect the last level of service I just received.

Brinks was able to send Vince out to snake our drain that had difficult twists and turns. Vince was very nice and communicated clearly with us what needed to be done and the cost.

If you have the unfortunate luck of having to deal with sewer lateral issues, this company is first rate! Thorough and accurate bid so there are no surprises, superb technique (best in class in technique and materials), great communication skills and very courteous. Mr. Brinks helped me to understand all my options, answered all my 1000's of questions and was very professional. I called this business on a Saturday to find out about their septic tank services - one of their services listed. Woman answered the phone and said ""we don't do septic services."" Others that I have called today at least recommended other businesses.

I woke up to my kitchen faucet with running water, didn't know how to shut it off, so I immediately called Brinks Services as I have used them in the past, they sent a technician out right away who got the water shut off and immediately found the problem, it was the batteries for the motion senor located on the faucet, changed out (4) batteries and all fixed, I want to thank the polite, courteous technician who did a job well done, very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend Brinks Services to anyone who is looking for a plumber..

Brinks Services came out right away and saved the day! I neighbor in my condo complex had a plumber out to address their clogged drain. Instead of snaking the neighbor's drain the plumber busted into my unit and burst a pipe causing a major flood. My kitchen was drenched in filthy water and the broken pipe was causing more damage with every passing minute. The jerk plumber refused to come out and even look at the pipes.

Brinks services to the rescue! Brinks had two techs on site quickly. The techs stopped the flooding straight away. They took extra care to document the issue, both in writing and with photos to assure an easy claim with my home owner's ins. I was kept in the loop along the way, the owner of Brinks even called to touch base. In just a few hours they were able to repair all of the plumbing damage caused by the other plumber. Brinks has gone the extra mile to provide the documentation and reports to my insurance company to help streamline and simplify the claims process.

I'm grateful for their excellent workmanship and customer services. THANK YOU!
