Really ripped us off. Told over the phone that leak detection for outdoor irrigation was min $250. But, also told us that if we used them to fix the leak, that 250 could go toward the repair. Guy came and found a wet spot on the ground in less than 10 minutes. He pointed to the ground, collected his 250 and left without actually finding the leak (it was several feet away) and without even offering to repair. I called back and was told that their rep would call me to provide an estimate. Never happened. I won't be using them again.

Quick response. Tom was very professional and friendly. Detected leak and repaired in short time . Would definitely recommend.

Brinks has a $99 drain opening deal--but not really. I called them yesterday, told them the situation, confirmed that I had an accessible cleanout, confirmed the $99, and scheduled an appointment for this morning. This morning I was told that ""the $99 does not cover snaking the main line. The cost will be $275."" Here is what their website says about restrictions on the $99 dollar deal:
---------------------
Cost of drain cleaning will be credited back against permanent repairs.
Up to 75 feet of cable, longer distances will incur extra costs.
If Hydro-jetting is utilized it is an extra cost.
Not all drains or sewers can be opened or cleaned because of roots, broken pipes; shifted pipes, deteriorated pipes and the piping material and/or condition are a factor.
MUST have an accessible clean-out! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Cannot be combined with other offers such as coupons or discounts.
Residential Interior only, no multi-unit or commercial or exterior.
----------------------------------
None of these restrictions apply to my case. It would not take more than 75 feet of cable to snake the mainline. Obviously this company practices bait and switch. A plumber friend I called (he doesn't do drain opening) said he had also heard this about them.
Best to avoid Brinks.

After experiencing several slab leaks over the period of a few years, I decided to look into the option of epoxy pipelining. I met with three local companies including Tom from Brinks. There was no question in my mind that Brinks represented themselves as the most professional organization and their online reviews reinforced my first impressions of the company. The business end of the project was managed efficiently by Sarah and the job was started within two weeks of the initial visit. Brandon and his team were consummate professionals. They ensured that each phase of the job was fully explained and then completed in a timely manner. Only time will tell if this ""upgrade"" to my piping has solved the issue of slab leaks but I'm confident that if I have any other problems that Brinks will be there to fix the issue.

First off, let's be honest, it's never a happy day when you need to get plumbing work done at your house. But, working with Lane and his team at Brinks, has been great. Lane was able to quickly mobilize a team to immediately get started on the work, which was important with my condensed timeline. The team performing the work was professional and thorough, and I have peace of mind that the job is getting done well. There are so many bad contractors out there, and many of whom are just out to get your money, but Brinks is not one of them. Brinks treat you with respect, they know the work that needs to get done, and they get the job done well. Though I hope to never need to call for plumbing services again, if I do, I will call up Brinks.

I will recommend brinks to my friends and neighbors. My plumber was John Hartman. He was so great he knew exactly what to do and fixed my problems quickly and efficiently. Definitely helps to have a plumber that's easy on the eyes. He was so handsome and very much a gentleman. Thank you brinks for hiring such a catch.

Tom was great and courteous. I had issues with my tub not draining and my property manager called them that morning and they were in and out very quickly! They have good communications and very punctual. The drain is working fine and I am very satisfied with the repair. Definitely would recommend them!

Our condo has had to have major repiping issues addressed with over 200 units involved. Also,I have had several minor plumbing issues since and the Brinks staff is extraordinary. I would specifically like to thank my 2 plumbers,Tom and John as well as the dispatcher Sarah and her assistant,Deb.Call Brinks for solid and reliable work from very courteous and knowledgable folks.I have tried the rest, these folks are the best:)

I had some plumbing work and dry wall repair done with Brink's Services at my condo. The crew that was assigned was very professional and courteous to my cleanliness needs as well. I met Brendon, José and John and they were all great guys and really cool. John did a very good job on the repairs and he also performs quite good drywall repair too! Sarah at the reception is also really good at communicating and scheduling issues that may arise and they try to accommodate to your schedule. Very professional group!

Brinks plumber came to install new faucets and shower kit in July of last year. 6 months later we discovered that paint was blistering in the 1st floor ceiling underneath the shower. After calling another company to come and inspect, it was discovered that the shower kit was installed improperly without installing the new shower arm and cartridge which both came with the kit. Because these items were not installed, and therefore the installation was completed improperly, the bathroom had major leakage behind the shower wall, resulting in flood restoration and renovations. Unless you enjoying paying for **overpriced** work that is faulty and requires additional $$ to correct their mistakes, strongly do not recommend them.
