Had a gas leak during the major storm of winter '23. Jamie Brimer came out to locate the leak and do the necessary repairs. Being in the dead of winter without heat was a major issue obviously, but he quickly handled the permitting from the city of Truckee to get the job done as soon as possible. Definitely recommend.

Jamie is reliable, efficient and extremely pleasant to work with. He converted my home from propane to natural gas and took care of all the tedious steps, ensuring everything (permits, inspections, working with subcontractors, etc) was taken care of and done well. I wasn't totally happy with an issue with my water heater (NOT his fault) and he agreed it wasn't ideal and came to make it right. I will always call Jamie first when I'm need of any job!

We received a sky high water bill from TD PUD. I called Jaime and he immediately went out to our property and inspected to try to find the leak. When he could not find it inside the cabin he instructed me to have PUD mark the water meter and he would go out and dig up the meter and find the problem. We are still working on finding the problem but I know I am in good hands. Jaime seems to always answer the phone and understand the urgency of a situation. We are 300 miles away and are so grateful to have Jaime looking out for out property. If you have any construction/property issues give him a call. You will be very happy you did.

Jamie installed a new gas line for a new fireplace/stove. He arrived as scheduled for the estimate and performed the work as planned. His instructions how to handle the permit, gas company and city inspection made it a breeze. After discussing my 30+ year old water heater we decided to replace it. There was no sales pitch or hard sell. The installation went flawlessly. Finally, when the pressure test showed that the house water pressure was too high (a problem another plumber had mentioned years ago but suggest a solution), his plumber installed a pressure regulator that restored reasonable pressure. All the work was done correctly, on schedule and at a reasonable cost.

I was disappointed to learn that Jamie is not licensed for Nevada - California only - a common problem in finding plumbers for Incline Village.

Jamie promptly called back and explained everything that needed to be done as far as permits, inspections and final gas company hookup. I was out of town when the work was done. Jamie got the permit and installed the gas line on schedule. He provided great communication (calls, texts,email) keeping me updated and guided me through the city inspection and gas company hookup steps.

Fantastic experience when I needed it most! Called three plumbers with strong yelp rationing and Brimer was first to respond. We exchanged a few texts and then he called me. He committed his plumber to be at my place in an hour and sure enough he was. He also set expectations on the rate and how I could pay upfront.

JP did the work so fast I was still in my first hour so I had him change the direction my handles turned in my bathroom (annoyed me for 20 years!) and he did it all in an hour.
