I was disappointed to learn that Jamie is not licensed for Nevada - California only - a common problem in finding plumbers for Incline Village.

I decided to post this because he answered his phone right away, very friendly, and kindly took the time to direct me to the Contractor Association website to find a plumber for my area.

I contacted Brimer Construction & Pluming to get a gas line installed for a new gas stove. Jamie promptly called back and explained everything that needed to be done as far as permits, inspections and final gas company hookup. I was out of town when the work was done. Jamie got the permit and installed the gas line on schedule. He provided great communication (calls, texts,email) keeping me updated and guided me through the city inspection and gas company hookup steps.
Overall, very pleased with his service and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience when I needed it most! Called three plumbers with strong yelp rationing and Brimer was first to respond. We exchanged a few texts and then he called me. He committed his plumber to be at my place in an hour and sure enough he was. He also set expectations on the rate and how I could pay upfront.

JP did the work so fast I was still in my first hour so I had him change the direction my handles turned in my bathroom (annoyed me for 20 years!) and he did it all in an hour.

Jamie installed a gas line and tankless water heater in our cabin. Communication was great. He coordinated with the heating contractors to make sure the gas line install was done seamlessly. He got all the permits and arrange for the inspections. I did not have to be there and we communicated through email and text. It was great. I will be calling him for any plumbing needs.

Had a main shut off value that leaked when friends used our cabin. (lots of water in the basement). Called Jamie and he came out and checked out the value. He concluded that it was functioning as it should as the value has a drain hole that opens when the value is shut off. If the value is not all the way open it can leak. Will use firm next time I have a plumbing need.

What a stellar person and plumber! After the water district detected a continuous flow leak, I called several plumbers in a panic. The good Lord led me to Mr Brimer. His message offered a cell phone number to reach him. He answered his phone immediately and talked me through the solution, which was with our valve, not a leak. Not only did he spend his time talking with me, he saved us hundreds of dollars of detection work. He will be the first person I call the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Installed a gas line for a natural gas BBQ. Install was professionally done. His customer service and care is worth 6 stars. He explained that he could get the permits and arrange for inspection but that is would cost more. I opted to get the permit and inspection myself. He explained the whole process to me free of charge...to a ""T""! I got many referrals explaining that he is the best plumber in town and I was not disappointed. Professional installation with in person customer service. Plan ahead as he is very busy.

Jamie and his crew rock! The quality of workmanship and professionalism can't be beat in this area. They get back to you in a timely manor when you call them. They show up when promised for and estimate and to work. They left the house neat and clean when finished and were concerned about making sure all the little details were taken care of. They stand behind their work as well. Definitely a rarity in this area. Recommend them to all your friend and co-workers!
