Very professional and courteous. I will call these guys again when I need to. He told me up front that the price would depend on what needed to be done to clear the pipes. That's understandable, since you can't tell what the problem is till you find it.

A hot week-end came and we encounter an unexpected drop of pressure. We worked with Brilliant Plumbers when in the suburbs, but now in Chicago we were wondering if their service is available. Our call was answer by the owner and the service technician was on his way. It was a pump failure and the technician made sure water pressure was high enough to use until the new pump will arrive. New pump was installed a week later and we are glad that Brilliant Plumbers were able to help us. Thank you !

Our ejector pump was very noisy. Brilliant Plumbers came the day I called about it and fixed it hassle-free. They offered a 3 year warranty on the pump and checked in with me 3 days later if everything was ok. GREAT service!
