Called him for estimates on water tank and plugging some drains down basement I had problems with. He came over within a week and gave a fair price. We scheduled a day to do work and picked an early morning time ""so I would be first one and not have to wait. Waited 8/1/14 for several hours after 830 when he was supposed to arrive. No answer on phone. Several messages were left and no answer and no call back. The next Monday I went to speak with him at his place in tonawanda and he was there. Told me ""I was busy. I couldn't even call you back. Things come up."" I told him I missed a day of work because I was waiting for him and a phone call only takes a minute. Replied ""oh well. When I'm
Busy I don't have time for that."" Obviously didn't have him reschedule due to horrible customer service. I can't comment on work but if it's similar to his service better go somewhere else. I would give him zero stars if I could. Be warned call him and you may be waiting for him to show for a long time
